@OP Sorry about your predicament.. that's why some guys choose to stay celibate till marriage. The pain, trauma, expenses and all can make you get tired of life especially if you're the hustling type.

You'd see some girls looking beautiful, clean, spotless and all but if you go close and hit the thing, na free STD plus extra giveaway. Reason it's not advisable to dive in raw, use condom if she ain't your wife.

I wonder how I offended him. Am dying of this pain for the past 9 years I lose every penny I have but no medicine is working. Its only surgery that can help but he's just insulting me because he doesn't know what am going through.

Have you tried buying your medicine from abroad and have it shipped to you? Since you've used quite a lot of medicines and no result, I won't be surprised at the amount of fake medicines in town since Nafdac is now like an Ostrich with head in the sand.
