let the hair grow for months, your skin probably is reacting to clippers and blades. do not shave for a long long time. it will clear up

I use my own clipper.

Atimes whenever it's itching me, I scratch it.

Stop touching it, if you keep on touching it they won't go away, always use shaving cream and stop using clipper and if you no get bear bear no come here with advice. Lol

Stop using shaving stick, razor, use clipper only. The bumps will automatically stop developing. This is d major step. There are tube creams that remove bumps already developed, bit I don't know the name

Yes stop shaving for now until they heal and after that you can use the cream, most importantly stop touching them, when they itch just rub in a circular motion gently
