LadySarah:
2.5ml of juice from squeezed scent leaf is good. Its my routine every quarter of the yr for gastrointestinal issues.

I'm not a sucker for herbal stuffs but this saved my son after several hospital visits .Now i have several leaves dried and stored and taken like green tea once a while.Everybpdy including my 22mth old drinks it.

If your mind no gree you, still go to hospital.

Hello sis, are they preterm babies Bcus I gave birth to mine 31weeks and was told by my pediatrician that I should always add the remaining weeks to make them full term for any of their development except eating

I mean I should not compare them to other full term babies born the same date
Yes! They are preterm. Thanks for the advice. BTW, I'm a bro. God bless you!

Its not too late. Teach you baby how to sit independently.

Thanks so much. They are gradually catching up.

Firstly, I hail u iya ejima. More strength to u. It's a bit late for an 8 months old to sit unassisted but every kid grow at their own pace. U have to keep encouraging them to sit. They will measure up to their milestones with constant trials. Mine sat unassisted from 4 months. Although she still falls sometimes. She gets better daily. As for eating, u keep introducing new foods to them to encourage them. What I learned is to not give up. If it's the pap he likes, continue but keep trying other ones. The way this girl looks eat me while I eat is scary. With unbreakable stare.
Thanks ma'am.

It’s not a rare occurrence and s/he would still go on to have a complete set of teeth.

Infact, some say babies that cut the upper teeth first go on to have power in their words. They’re thought to always speak positive and never negative nor lay curses as words from their mouth come to pass/fulfillment.

Preterm reach milestones later than term babies. The reason is very understandable. Add the remaining weeks to their milestones goals always. Keep propping them up with pillows or sit them on your lap. They’ll get the hang of it.

Also give them frequent tummy time. Laying on their tummy would strengthen their neck muscles cos they have to keep exercising their neck muscles when raising their heads to see.

Good evening everyone. It's been a long time, trust we are all doing great. Please, I have a ten months old baby who suddenly developed this crying habit that I should take her anywhere I'm going. If we are together in the living room and I needed to take something from the kitchen, she will start crying (high pitch cry o). She cries the moment she sees that I'm going out of her sight. She doesn't allow anyone to carry her except me. The clinginess is tiring abeg. Please experience mummies, how do I deal with this? Thank you all as you respond.

It's separation anxiety and it's usually just a phase.

Everything is ook....the reason he prefers formula to breast milk is because you started breastfeeding him with feeding bottle instead of spoon and cup...so i will advise you to switch his formula to spoon and cup while you breastfeed him..he will switch..dnt panic everything is ook

Nutribom single grain is ok, dont start with the multigrain type.. You are meant to start by introducing a single grain (corn or millet etc) so you can watch for allergic reactions. Then you can start mixing when you're sure they'll not react.

Example, you start by giving pap + milk (formula or breastmilk) if no reactions after 1 or 2 times then the next time you add soybeans to the pap + milk.

Also, some babies have milk allergies so be cautious when introducing formula or cereals with milk added.

Good evening beautiful mamas'. It's been a while I posted here, but I know I can really get help from here. My daughter is 15 months plus and yet to start walking, though she stands very well when she's holding on to something and crawls actively as well. Am just a little worried because I know most children start walking at 1year. Please has anyone experienced this before? I would appreciate an honest response and advice. Thank you

Relax mama, children reach the development milestone differently,if at 18 months it's still the same that's when u can be worried but I believe she will walk before then with all this she can do.
