They are removing you from the grade level payments, since the duration of the years you are working forms part of your training

It used to be the story in faculty of Pharmacy

Once a Dean after failing the whole graduating set in a particular year, rose up and made this infamous statement when asked to present student for graduation, " Ladies and Gentlemen of the the Senate, my student have all refused to graduate"

That wicked department really humbled a lot of my brilliant secondary school colleagues, most of them dropped out of the department. Few manage to graduate.

Well,interns,house officers and NYSC doctors used to be placed on grade levels of a graduate.What this letter means is that they do not want to place graduates in the health professions on grade levels anymore so THEY WON'T have to PAY the salaries of those levels.

It's the sign of the times.

That should be Mechanical engineering and Elect Elect Engr...My Dept Mech Engr was very terrible. back then as an undergraduate, we weren't even allowed to contest for SUG elections... Wicked lecturers... MOUAU sef.

But this same Student go to other Departments like Economics, Buss-Admin and make Second Upper.
I have seen many, in my young lifetime.
