I totally condemn these killings, every security personnel should as a matter of urgency abandon check points. They should adhere to the instruction of the IGP, this is a well calculated killing and innocent security personnel are falling victims.

IPOB are bent on turning the South East to South Sudan.

We will not allow it.

No wonder some say we are our worst enemies, Tufia.

Did you even spare a thought for the innocent women and children you are putting at risk? The innocent young men that will be picked up in raids against "unknown gunmen"?

Just like Late Dim Ojukwu did at first before later repenting & pledging allegiance to Nigeria after millions killed despite being better prepared with foreign allies, some of us still think ragtag ESN can use force to overwhelm Nigeria because we now have smartphones. Lol.

What was previously bad in the SE will end up worse. Imagine what would happen to the multi billion naira hospitality industry in Imo if this violence is sustained. You think anyone can go to the markets with the sound of bomb-laden fighter jets over their heads?

Biko it is profitable to be wise.
All these over night igbos, go back to ur supervisor and ask for a real assignment

It's going to be hot these days.
The case of Yusuf has been replicated in another part of the country.
Expect a resurrection of another multitude of monster fighters. Is Nigeria ready for this?

Gunmen this...gunmen that.

No pics of soldier/police or military casualties and gullible Nigerians would continue to chat balls and believe the crap put out by the deceitful govt.

In this era of camera phones, how come the people around the checkpoints and stations never post live videos of the gunmen in action.

But during ENDSARS...the murder of ipob members 2-3 yrs ago and some boko haram attacks, we all saw videos and heard from the witnesses.

These phoney media companies should stop printing gibberish cos when it all leads to war there won't be any media outlet left.

All these phoney accusations will heighten the tensions and chaos that already exists in Nigeria

Niger Delta is watching on the sidelines and if this attack continues in the East, they will spring up once it spreads as they won't wait until the fake unknown gunmen come to them. They will defend their territory and their oil

Bad and sad news everyday in this country. The level of insecurity in this country is appalling....

The country is just like the pride's gown, when you're trying to get one side, the other is unfolding. Until we unanimously chant a way forward, there maybe no decent future for our nascent democracy

I think it's high time PMB gave a presidential order declaring a state of emergency all over the SE and other affected SS states. There should be full fledged war against IPOB terrorists without delay. Heavy artillery weapons should be rolled into the region and used against the insurgents, as well as constant air bombardments from NAF.

If Igbos say they are looking for war, then so be it!

In the next few weeks, we don't want to hear that there's genocide in "Biafraland." You guys asked for it, and very soon you'll get served.
