Attention to detail should be paid to the landscaping of the entire area surrounding the centre, as well as the approach road leading off from the main road!

There should be less concrete and more greenery..possibly with the addition of a centrally located fountain as a focal point!

I may not necessarily agree with this. You appear to be tilting the planned use towards a recreation/public park sort of thing, the kind of applications we struggle in Nigeria to maintain.

I will rather have it used strictly for conferences and term programs/events after which it is cleaned up and shut down, not kept constantly open with accessible grounds just like the ICC in Abuja.

If not you certainly won't like to see it in 5 years. It should hold no attraction other than the programs and events it will host.

How many times in a year are d these events organised? Will all these events be automatically moved to ur new conference centre in anambra? What is d fee for hosting these events compared to d cost of building d conference centre? So when u say "more revenue", which revenue are u talking about?
