I remember a similar experience last year in a hotel in worldbnk owerri with my wife. Someone kept knocking on our room door and poking fingers through the faulty eye hole on the door. Kept calling reception if they sent someone to the room and they said no. Had to call my cousin to take us to another hotel to avoid stories that touch. They were busy forming they'll look through their CCTV which I know wasn't working. People need to be extra cautious the hotels they stay in.

Reminiscent of "Otokotoscandal".Popular family hotel in Owerri,Imo.in the 1990s whilst schooling at Calabar.

The hotel was used for serial ritual killings.
The residents eventually raised alarm,the owners faced the criminal justice system and the hotel pulled down by the Government.

The family who owned t were very popular and lived large with limousines etc

What do you expect him to do? The Hotel repudiated the terms of agreement by not providing a safe and habitable place which he paid for. The young man has every right to bring the hotel management to book, they cant feign ignorance in their backyard without a cost to go with it if the incident is true as reported by the public relations officer of the police..
