Musa didn’t do that badly at Leicester

I have had this argument several times

To send him to play with the reserves. What nonsense was that? He was treated badly there.

Just to be honest, I didn't watch Siasia play at all. but how will only you in the whole world rate Siasia ahead of KANU!! even in the SE shirt? Siasia would have been a team player more than a star player, and your rating na by the kind goals wey him score and the opponent Lol.
Real Madrid dey win league arbeloa dey celebrate pass
My brother you already nailed it by saying you didn't watched Siasia so case closed and Pls read my post clearly.

Mind you I did not say Siasia was better but in Super eagles Jersey I will pick Siasia...just my opinion and I can defend it anywhere with facts.

Asked anybody who watched eagles in mid 80s and early 90s who is Samson Siasia to eagles.

Till today Yekini/Siasia partnership remain the best in SE history.Their pairing started what I will call evolution of new twin striking version which Amokachie and later Kanu blossomed in that formation paring Victor Agali . ..mind you Keshi used that formation to win Afcon pairing Emenike/Ideye...

Hope to see Rohr paring Osimehn and Iheanacho and we will see real eagles in display.

With all the celebrations of Iheanacho going on, I am still mad angry with Leicester City due to the way they treated Ahmed Musa. I just want to go to foxestalk and give them a piece of my mind.

However, I will not spoil their minds. Let them enjoy while Iheanacho keeps delivering the goodies.

Looooll.... Just free them for now. Let them bask in this Nacho craze. At the right time like maybe end of the season when Nacho and Leicester have truly secured UCL football, you can go knack them. grin wink

Meanwhile, until then, just how sweet is it knowing how right we were about this Alien Kid wonder now metamorphosed into the Seniorman? Among the most beautiful finishers in world football, he is and he keeps proving all our Nacho epistles from recent years right... What can more can we say Sir GoodJoe but bask in this vindicative sweetness.... cool

The Super Eagles' First Choice Attacking Super Duo

A Super Eagles Starting XI will likely have Victor James Osimhen (22 yrs) and Kelechi Promise Iheanacho (24 yrs) playing together going forward so let's look at their 20/21 combined figures so far. The quality of the Super Eagles Duo's attacking Numbers.

Seniorman Kelz x Monster Machine

The Seniorman - 10 goals + 1 assist in 20 league games (12 starts).

Leicester city fans are tensed that Guardiola will come back for Iheanacho. However, I don't see it happening. The young Liam Delap hitman (Rory Delap's son) seems to impress Pep Guardiola a lot and I think Pep will give him a run of games next season.

I don't think there is much Rodgers has done lately for Iheanacho's form but it is clear he has made Iheanacho more conscious with using of space.

Old Iheanacho used to like going into tight spaces and expecting his team mates to pass to him.

This makes it hard for his teammates to make the choice because of it being compact. Also even if he gets the ball, it will be too tight to finish.

This time, Nacho does more with spaces. Spots the gaps and attacks with Vernon.

You can see the gap for the crystal goal. His noticing of it and attacking it spurred Jonny Evans to go for the pass.

When he got the ball, he moved the ball to space before unleashing the shot.

Iheanacho also dropping deep repeatedly to win and distribute the ball also makes it difficult for defenders to pick him up. They are always running to track him, which works in his favor.

Iheanacho was always going to do well given his talent. However, playing in an attacking system and making the right movements, gives him a little extra chance.

With his talent, that little extra advantage resulted in a massive improve performance.

I actually see him getting better because he will continue operating in this system. The more he plays in it, the better he will become. Which will result in even better performances.

Iheanacho makes both the Whoscored and Sofascore TOTW.

Whoscored's Summary of Nacho's showing:

Kelechi Iheanacho rounds off the team of the week after another fine showing on the Leicester frontline. The Nigerian hitman has now scored nine goals in his last seven league outings after hitting the back of the net in Monday's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace. Iheanacho was also on hand to provide the assist for Timothy Castagne's equaliser early in the second half, that coming from one of four key passes, to help secure a spot in the XI with a WhoScored rating of 8.52.
