As an international student, your I20 needs to be active at all times, in other words, your lectures, HOD, Dean of Faculty, Director for students affairs, etc, are aware that you attend classes for your I20 to stay valid. So tell me, who are you going to bribe?? The state and Homeland Security is in charge of your I20, they have an eye on every international student. So who are you going to bribe

There are online Universities that sell degrees. Senator Andy Ubah bought some of those. But I don't think there is any University with physical presence in the US that sells degrees.
Senator Adeleke's school is a State University. So they can not be in the business of selling degrees. I congratulate him for his effort in studying for, and graduating with a degree. It's not easy. He is much better than Buhari who never made any effort to get himself more education.
