I applied for a friend of mine since June last year and he is yet to be approved. When the portal re-opened, I tried making a fresh application and the page stated that his loan process can not continue as he has a non-performing loan. After I told him this, he went to the two banks he has account with - Union Bank and Heritage. Both banks say that his accounts are clear and no loan attached. Pls guys, your suggestions are required so I can help him. Thanks in anticipation of your feedbacks.

The non performing loan should be with one of these online loan app.

Just few have started getting theirs.

If you've not been paid for more than 3 months but you've been approved. Kindly go to any Nmfb branch and write a letter addressing it to "head of disbursement" and your money will be sent to your account

I don't know if anybody have received payment from FirstBank, most of the people having issue with delay in payment is FirstBank account. If you have seen or received payment using FirstBank let me know please

How do you come to a conclusion that most people having delay in payment are using first bank?

You guys need to chill, alert will enter when it will enter.

Creating negative assumptions will only increase frustration.

This is the first time I am seeing someone complaining about Firstbank. I used to see UBA previously.

I went to their head office today, they gave us form to fill, out of 16 that filled the form before me, 13 First Bank

One branch out of many branches.


Anyway, I applied for my father last year and he was credited last year too. He used first bank. Credited in less than two weeks.

Over 4 months of being approved yet no payment. I submitted first bank account.

I got approval for both covid19 and nyif and nyif has already paid while covid19 hasn't. Is there anyone with solution to that?

I doubt you will get covid19 loan again. If I get approval for both at the same time, I will accept covid and leave nyif unrejected and unaccepted like that, unless the covid amount is smaller.

I just input my bvn and saw that my loan is approved and I immediately accept the offer and printed the offer letter, that's on Tuesday 13th April

Good. Be expecting your credit alert soon. I got my credit alert after 3 weeks of accepting the loan offer. So be calming down

It is uncertain he will get paid again after he's just received nyif loan, but I stand to be corrected though. I've not heard or seen anyone who got both.

Seems I have had enough of this thread. Whenever someone try to post informations here, be expected to be tagged a scammer, lier and so on. I asked a question some days back based on my knowledge as at that time, today another person asked the same question which I answered based on my updated/latest information and fact. Instead of you guys to make research, you won't do that, then the next thing you can come up with is that you are a scammer, lier and all that.

Please I checked my Report on a Credit bereau website yesterday and noticed I was sanctioned for a personal loan I took from one of the lending App.Would this affect by eligibility in getting this federal government loan.... anyone has same issue..please?
