Hello guys!

Are we likely to have an Ontario HCP EE draw (none tech)today?

Someone said it's once a month and the last time was in March, 2 or 3rd.

Thank you, they have revised mine and upgraded it to two degrees.

Where is that person that was arguing about WES giving bachelor's equivalence if you did a diploma before your degree?

You cannot know it all, so please let people try whatever they can in this journey.

I advised that they should email WES, that a friend of mine got his upgraded even after he was given a 4years bsc equ. but the person was saying otherwise with confidence.

Good afternoon guys, please I'll like to ask for a friend who works in CBN what her NOC could be. Also, what are her chances with ielts of L8.5, R9, W7 and S7. 33yrs with MSc.

Thanks
Has she checked to see if her NOC is in demand in any of the provinces. She should also look into remarking speaking and writing, it would add extra points. Is she single? Married? If married, let her have her spouse write IELTS and evaluate his degree.

Please how is CRS score currently above 470?

CRS cut-off represents the average score needed to get an invitation to apply for permanent residence. Year 2020 and 2021 were tough because the federal government excluded outland applicants from a good number of draws. This increased the number of candidates in the pool and also increased the CRS cut-off required.

To answer your question the lowest cutoff last year (December 2020) was 468. Since then there has been no all-program draw and we are approaching may. A lot of top scorers are stuck in the pool. My guess is that if a draw happens today the CRS cut-off will be above 470 except the government decides to invite 10,000 candidates at a go.

Notwithstanding the policy changes quite often and you can also consider any of the provincial programs to boost your points.

A draw was held on April 13

https://www.visaplace.com/blog-immigration-law/ontario-immigration-nominee-program-oinp-draws/

https://www.y-axis.com/news/ontario-invites-754-10-targeted-occupations/

That was a tech draw and the last one happened february 16. The Op was asking about HCP. Ontario has different streams of draw and the trend has been 2 months interval.

Someone in Canada(actually a white man) wants to sponsor me to come, how do I go about it, what he does he need to do for me to facilitate the process faster, please I will appreciate any help.
This is a rare opportunity for me.

Your best shot should be through the spousal or marriage route perhaps. So I'm guessing you'll still him to come down here, take a few pictures, and if it's possible a marriage or something. Then he files for you.

Just my 2 cents... Others can chip in their knowledge too

The Express entry immigration program is like writing the JAMB exam. Millions of students write the JAMB exam every year but only those who score above the cutoff score get admission.

Use the CRS calculator (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp) to simulate what your likely CRS score will be. Your CRS score is determined by your level of education, work experience, IELTS General score (aim to score at least 8,7,7,7 in LRWS), your age, etc. From the information you’ve provided, your CRS score will likely be around 400. Based on the last FSW Express entry draw (468), you will not get an ITA with a CRS score of 400.

The available options for you are:
a) As the Principal Applicant, write the French exam (TEF), in addition to maxing your IELTS. Evaluate your BSc. Your wife also needs to write the IELTS and evaluate her highest education. With this, your CRS score should be around 470, and you may get an ITA.
b) If your wife is younger, she should be the Principal Applicant. What’s her level of education? Both of you should write the IELTS and evaluate your credentials.
c) If you are lucky, you may get a Provincial nomination
d) Take the study route

Bro I'm a man, and he is also a man, we are friends somewhat.

I even need to know which kind of visa will work, so I can start learning about it

He should get you a qualifying job offer there, that's the only way he can help you.

With the job offer you can process a work permit, work for a year in Canada and become a permanent resident through Canadian Experience Class.

Your best bet is to learn French, and blast TEF Exam in addition to IELTS.

May whatever you believe in bless you, you just made everything easier and simple.

The guy owns a business where he has 15 Employees or so, will that kind of company qualify for it?

That should work. He needs to give convincing reasons why he has to employ someone out of the country when they are other capable people in the country, that is why you, what’s so special about you? That way you can get your work visa.
Just my opinion, others can suggest.

On a lighter note, abeg me I dey find white man who can marry me. Please ask your white friend if he has friends that are interested in a black girl.
