You might notice that Godwin Enakhena said that he couldn't understand why some people were against the 10pm kickoff. I know what he's talking about.

I was listening to the radio in the car yesterday and someone was complaining about it. He said that he couldn't understand why they fixed the kickoff for 10pm. He said that Enyimba's floodlight looked like moonlight and that the players would have to use torchlight to see what they are doing.

His comments annoyed me. The Enyimba Stadium was renovated c2019 and as you can clearly see, the floodlights worked perfectly well.

The governor's media adviser also reacted to the criticisms.

For most of the match it looked like it was heading towards a draw with Enyimba crashing out of the competition. Enyimba had the bulk of possession but couldn't do anything with it, just couldn't link up with the strikers.

Somehow, they came alive at the very end of the match, desperation kicked in and more opportunities were created. But, when Anayo failed to score with a header(one of the best chances they had), with a couple of minutes to go, I pretty much gave up. In fact, they even tortured me more with a goal that was called back for offsides.

When all hope was almost lost, the much needed goal came, catapulting us from last place to first place!. Chei, e sweet me wella! The commentator on bein sports was hating on Enyimba right from the beginning of the game, so I know he was in pain just as much as I was elated.

Enyimba well done!

Notwithstanding, the floodlights at the stadium shines bright and reflect on the homes of people living close to the stadium when there are evening kick off... Even the market that is close to the stadium.

You are right. Both Governor Orji Uzor Kalu and Felix Anyansi-Agwu were on Ikhana's case. If you remember, Governor Kalu actually sat on the bench during the first Champions League final. People asked him about it afterwards and he said that he was listed as a member of Enyimba's technical crew.
