You don't need any strategy for toasting. Just talk to her normal as you've always been talking to her. If you have not been flowing with her then try and make up chance to be seeing her from time to time. Say hi to her with a smile. Shake her hand if you get the chance and hold it a little longer. If after a few weeks or days and you see that she is comfortable with you or laugh a lot with you, then call her to a quiet and private place and tell her that you like her. Say something you love about her. Something about her character, smile or even her eyes and how it makes you feel. Then tell her you'll like you guys to be more than friends, that you'll want her to be your girlfriend. It's easy actually. Just flow with her normally. Remember she'll be scared or shy too when you are talking to her. So she might be very quiet and the job of keeping the conversation will be on you. You are the man so you'll need to lead in the conversation. It's good that you are trying to learn this early but my advice is, stay away from sex. It's a sweet thing to have a girlfriend and sex will be sweet but it can cause a lot of havoc and problems for not just you but her as well as your families.
