Blacks weren't allowed to compete but blacks represented America in Nazi German Olympics in the 1930s or 40s. Hitler was not happy to see back man on the podium. Go read about it or go and read about American history. Even with the discrimination, blacks were very hard working and prosperous then till the left started with their welfare programs.
