It is a very very rare disease. Unless you are a peadatrican, and for that matter a peadatrician or any other medical doctor with some deep knowledge of genetics..or a specialist in human genetics.....you won't know of or see a case ever .

Most doctors won't even see one case of this syndrome.They probably read about it during their genetics or embryology lecture in university...and that's it.

Lock them up and give them a meal a day. Something to keep them alive.

Check the composition of ingredients use in preparing their food. Remove a lot of things and serve them fibre and fruits. Once a day.
