It's not like they are scam RIL is legit...but they might not have vacancy for the position u interviewed for yet....it's just like what ICS OUTSOURCING did to me, I have even gotten to medical stage and suddenly no communication from them again, yet people still get jobs through them

no need to insult him, i have been in his shoes before and i know how it feels to go through the rigorous process of interviews and looking for guarantors to meet their standards and yet not getting anything at the end. its not somewhere u want to find ur self in

I have also been through same, under icsl, but that doesn't mean i should come out here to shame them, like it's a must they employ me. We just have to move on, it's not like they owe him an employment. Why cry out on line,like the future won't be brighter.
