I understand jare, I've witnessed receipt of PPR within one week of application in our group severally, and it wasnt funny. Just hang in there, you will soon share your testimony in Jesus name, Amen!!!

Edited; I just realised a mistake, I meant to say 1 month of application, cheers all.

Hello Oyibo4real,

You are still right. In the second half of last year, PPR for Nigerians was teaching harry porter how to fly in wonderland in 3-days to 1-week.

Cheers!

Very painful.

After the long wait, only to be banned for five years.

I wish he didn't use an agent.

Hello everyone
1. Been a silent reader recently got an admit to conestoga business dev and sales. Please how can i do deed of transfer for landed properties in the east, since i have been working for years and no tangible assets been working in financial institution for the past 8 years

2. I am self sponsored and have my full pof although i wouldnt want to touch the pof. however i am willing to open a gic and pay half my fees from a relatives account

3. what else can i use as ties asides my job

My ogas @Justmellow, @Anon123, @Frankrobben and other elders please assist

Hello Lovesarrow,

A transfer deed can be done by a lawyer. Access one in your location. If you think you will struggle to demonstrate good financial strength, get a cosponsor even after setting up GIC. For ties; family, organizational membership, life insurance, investment, etc. It will be best if you demonstrate ties socioeconomically.

Hello fam

I have a bsc in Physics gotten 2010. Then a masters in geophysics gotten in 2015. However, I’ve been working in the banking industry since I graduated from my bsc. Since my msc is not related to what I do, is there any reason to mention it during my application? I’m going for pgd course that’s related to my work experience. Can someone please advise?

Thank you

Hello Evergeen22,

If you are very sure that you're fault-free and a PFL letter didn't drop in your email (spam)
or GcKey account before now, then you're right, this is an error.

You should immediately point it out through a strong-worded letter to the office responsible for handling your application whilst requesting your notes.

Hello everyone, I have some landed properties that I want to reference for home tie. how should I go about this. is the land receipt enough proof or is there anything else I need to do or add? Your response is highly appreciated.

Hello Gentle21,

The survey and receipt (or the Deed of Transfer or Conveyance in its whole is a) are substantial documents that can substitute for the CofO.

If the budget is available, do a property valuation.

Which dept are you in the bank? They wouldn’t ask for bank statements if they had no way of verifying the details provided. Don’t you think

IRCC is a central body and not an “individual”.

Goodmorning Gurus. Im new here and i have been following all your updates on study visa applications. Congratulations to all those who received PPR.
I submitted my study application on 9th December 2020 and my biometrics was done on 14th December 2020.
I did upfront medicals in November 2020.
My status have been updated to medical passed since March and since then i have not heard from ircc.
I asked the VO to process my application using the normal process because i do not have IELT. Today is 4th May and im yet to hear from them.
I read here about people who submitted application in January and received PPR last month April.
What could actually be the problem.
Please the gurus should advise me on what to do.

Hello Ruthbella,

IRCC seems to now be randomly processing applications. At this point, you have the option of sending webforms/emails or request your notes.

1) yes... If you don't, they will know and you will be banned for misrepresention (hiding information) and yes you will pay for biometrics fee and you will need to do the biometrics.

3) yes and also ensure you declare you were denied a canada visa in 2013

Good morning house!
I guess the almighty eligibility review has started for my application(submitted 17th April).

Jehovah God, unto your hands I commit my application, it's filled with so many errors and apparently imperfect but I trust you to perfect it all for me and all the PPR hopefuls in this thread, Amen.

IRCC be hoarding PPRs and giving applicants high BP and restlessness, It's not easy to maintain focus but we must, for our sanity. Happy new week people!

Hello,

I see review of your additional documents also started today. Did you submit NSE requirements along with your application on the 17th of April or you responded to the request letter.

Hello Honeycandy,

It will be wise if you don't conceal any information relating to your academic qualification. Given your academic and professional profile, it demonstrates that pursuing a PGD in your experience domain is a professional progression or career advancement.

Sprinkle some spice of employment prospect and the associated self-development benefit on intent to study the desired course especially at the P. Diploma level.

Connect your long-term plan(s) and if possible, measure it with projected salary earnings based on position ranking according to its employability and market demand.

My brother that’s what I’m asking? I ve never applied before and I used my dads account and mine, so what could be the reason for this and how can I ask them

1. Have your visa applications to any country ever been refused, and/or have you ever been denied entry to any country before?

2. Are you a hundred percent certain that you correctly filled and provided all the required information during your application without mistakes?

3. Go through your submitted forms and check thoroughly for any of the above listed possible reasons for misrepresentation.

4. As for the recourse, if you’re a hundred percent certain that none of the above apply to you, then you should employ the services of an immigration lawyer to address the letter, stating that you have not faulted any of their rules and they should reconsider their stand to ban you. Anyway, I’m sure the immigration lawyer will know how to address the issue.

5. There’s also the possibility that this might be an error on their part and this is meant for someone else other than yourself.

Await others responses.

Thanks a lot, do you know if I can use a form A to settle this and please for those that have paid their fees using form A, was it done in CAD or USD

Please another quick one, can I do GIC without paying school fees? The school fees will be in my account though. Do you think it will raise flags with the VO.

Reason is my admission is conditional (transcript matters which I’m resolving already) and it’s like I won’t be able to pay tuition until the offer is unconditional.

Hello AKANLE2,

Everything about the officers is solely based on discretion. If the need to refer to the previous application is mandated (esp for confirmation of certain declared sensitive information), the flex will be swiftly acted upon immediately.

That's s why it's advised to maintain a train of information when it involves immigration. Since you know your UCI number, no harm penning it down on the IMM Form, and even if you don't, the officer will be generous enough to assist you with it.

Best of Luck

To the best of my knowledge they verify the authenticity of the bank statement(s) provided and not the account balance.

Banks are not authorized to divulge customer account balance information to third parties.

Bro!

I apologize for the delayed revert. It is required for the medical report to have a validity length to the date of travelling. If it is not, re-medicals must be immediately done before the date of travelling. It must stay valid at all times until after landing. So, in the quoted case, there still about 3-months to its invalidity date.

If the discovering of the invalidity date was discover at the POE (esp SP), the CBSA officer may refuse the person an entry, or grant the same based on discretion.

It is always better to have it valid at the time of travel.

Cheers bro.
No worries Chief**

Ohkay, roger that. Thanks for the BOLDED.
