For Me : This is a Myopic reasoning Because The judgement Of God is Based on your Deeds in Life.If Bandits Or Kidnappers kills you, it Doesn't Warrant Direct Access to Paradise.
It is only God That has Authorisation over who will make Heaven or hell due to his supernatural powers over humanity. No one can deceive God.
