What is needed is a switch to parliamentary system. Why would anyone be asking for a dictator after seeing how woefully a supposed "strongman" like buhari has failed. This is the problem is presidentialism as a whole. If it even has its flaws in America, how do you expect it to work in a country as diverse as Nigeria. Switch to parliamentary system with proportional representation
