Iegendhero: How can I accept responsibility for the bolded when you haven't offered any proof. The battalion responsible and the unit commander and the names of those massacred in Ikot-Ekpene. The Biafran chief of general staff's people. Isheagu people already provided all these information, so it is now left for you accept responsibility for the Isheagu massacre, after which I will start supplying you with the names of the Biafrans massacred during the war by Fulani and Yoruba military men. 5 Likes 1 Share |

OfoIgbo: That is plain fake news. The people of Isheagu were confused by Ojukwu in his numerous propaganda mechanism by lying that the Nigeria military killed them when in fact Ojukwu was the one that masterminded their death through the backdoor to pin it on the Nigerian army. I will only accept responsibility if we can wake each of the victims and ask them to confirm if truly the people that shot them were Nigerian military. Forget about the plaque and etc, anybody can attach the name of anyone to a piece of brick and say they were casualties of his enemies. So until then, they should go and get their apology from Ojukwu. Am I clear bro? 3 Likes |

Iegendhero: A few of the wounded victims recovered. They helped to fill in the details of the massacre. So the condition you are seeking is well satisfied. Recovered VICTIMS contributed in drawing a literary picture of what happened. Ogbemudia was also identified, and it is easy to know those who were under Ogbemudia's command. A huge chunk of them were Yorubas. I know you thought all the victims died. Well some of them survived, and VICTIMS were involved in putting together what happened, so this tale is from the horse's mouth. Now that this your condition has been satisfied, will you now acknowledge and apologize for the crimes that your people were involved in. 3 Likes 1 Share |

OfoIgbo: Those that you claim got injured might actually be hallucinating or fronting for Ojukwu propaganda. What is the type of bullet used to shoot them? What is the name of the soldier that shot it? Is it a Nigerian military bullet stolen by Ojukwu to impersonate them? We can only get the right thing that happened by waking those that were dead to seek the truth, coz the dead dare not lie. Back to your mention, Well some of the families of the victims of Igbo killings of the minorities are also speaking up and one of them is on this thread and we have more of them in the video of people commemorating the Biafran massacre of their fathers/brothers/sisters etc. They already made their voices known in that video and that is enough to get the apology needed from Ibos to the minorities. As an Ibo man that you are, you owe those people the apology. So proceed to do that now! 3 Likes |

Iegendhero: We have names of Igbo victims, we have their first hand stories, we know the commander involved, we know their villages, any private investigator can independently go to these villagers and compare notes. Beyond vague stories of *my father elder brother was shot by Biafrans* and all other cock and bull stories, can you provide any evidence in form of names of victims, their names and Biafran units and commanders involved in your made up stories of Igbo killing Minorities. It's been almost a day now and you are still running in circles. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Igboid: Bros, the guy you're exchanging posts with is a wicked, incurable igbo hater! He's either Fulani or Yoruba, and his job on this thread -and in fact on nairaland as a whole- is to TRY and absolve the Nigerian forces of the time of any blame for war crimes while trying to justify the mass murder of non-combatant Igbos! Funnily enough, you never hear his ilk call for and actively support either the dissolution of 'one Nigeria' or support the secession of Biafra/Igbos so they can continue their lovefest without us! Iegendhero: It is clear you are moving the goalpost helter skelter. So far you haven't conclusively proven that Efiong deployed Biafran troops to go massacring his people. But Adekunle your war commander was busy KILLING ANYTHING THAT MOVED. He was proud of this. So he was killing the innocent, because they moved. Isheagu people have provided proofs of the massacre which include the unit commander, the group, names of those massacred. I will also add that Col. Adekunle's KILLING ANYTHING THAT MOVED mantra of the Nigerian larky also tallied with what happened at Isheagu. But as a typical Yoruba man you've been running from pillar to post changing goalposts. Concocted videos won't cut it. Red Cross substantiated genocide against Biafrans. So did the Vatican and Medicin San Frontier. Tell us one neutral international body that even ALLEGED massacre or genocide against eastern minorities by Biafrans 4 Likes 1 Share |

Allen102: No one killed and raped your people, those were lies your shameless parents made up and passed on to you. Asari Dokubo had to admit that your parents told you lies and he went on to narrate the real truth about what took place in Minority areas. I had already posted it. Many people don't know that Saro was killed by Abacha because he murdered in cold blood Ogoni chiefs who were pro Biafra during the war, who never saw things in same as him in post Nigeria, using his violent followers. He wanted them to support his Guerilla warfare against his former friend Abacha, but Kogbara and co were not going to approve Saro Wiwa plans to turn Ogoniland to war zone with Nigerian Army. They were rather incensed that Wiwa short-sightedness in helping FG defeat Biafra had already caused enough damage to Ogoniland, they were not going to let the lunatic cause more harm to Ogoniland. Their opposition didn't go down well with Saro Wiwa and his followers who tagged them saboteurs and summarily got them murdered in cold blood. This is the story of Saro Wiwa that minorities will not tell you. Because they are more interested in fables. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Allen102: You are nothing but cheap liars. All you have to back your stories are lies. No one takes you serious. This was how Saro Wiwa went and killed his fellow Ogoni people because they were pro BIAFRA and never saw things through same prism as him, only to later turn around and start blaming Ndiigbo for crimes that never happened. Good a thing Abacha is unforgiving type. If not he (Wiwa) would still be alive and be corrupting the more Ogoni youths with lies in the name of being an elder. 4 Likes 1 Share |

OfoIgbo: Yes! His name was Chief I.K Kogbara The naive man ( Wiwa) got his Ogoni elders who supported Biafra murdered in post civil war era when he fell out with his FG friends and want the pro Biafra elders to join him in his ill advised war against the FG. The elders were disappointed that Saro Wiwa stupidity had rendered Ogoniland a cash cow to Hausa Fulanis and their Yoruba accomplices, now the lunatic want to bring war to Ogoniland. They refused to support him, and he labelled them saboteurs and traitors and rilled up his gullible followers who went and murdered those chiefs in cold blood. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Igboid: And these are the same people who will go indoctrinating their kids that Biafra killed them, while in actual fact they are the people killing their people. You may not know this, but Ken Saro Wiwa got properties belonging to Chief Z.C Obi, the then chairman of Igbo State Union. An Nnewi man. He's the father of late Senator Onyeabo Obi. He got it as part of the abandoned properties brouhaha. These are the false moral compasses people want me to look up to. Allen102: You obviously do not know this, but a good chunk of the Biafran officers were from Ijawland. A lot of them were in the army. Senator Ben Bruce's elder brother was at some point, the head of the Biafran Airforce. And you want me to believe these people ordered the massacre of their people. Gen. Efiong who was the chief of staff could never have condoned such actions. He was a gentleman and a dove personality-wise. We have heard so much of these concocted stories. How come Red Cross or any other reputable global organisation haven't authenticated these your massacre claims? 4 Likes 1 Share |

OfoIgbo: Yes. I'm aware of the property of Chief Z.C Obi Saro Wiwa took as part of his national cake. He was also said to usually host Abacha in that same house as both of them were padi padi, whenever Abacha visited PH, long before Abacha became the head of state. You know the funny thing is that during the war, Saro Wiwa and his pro Nigeria supporters in Ogoni were extreme minorities in Ogoni land, the majority of Ogoni people steered by I.K Kogbara who was the real political leader of Ogoni in those era were pro BIAFRA. It was only when BIAFRA fell,Kogbara was declared a wanted man, Saro Wiwa and his pro Nigeria Ogoni followers consolidated power and went about rewriting history is where they claim Biafrans massacred his Ogoni people. It was when Saro Wiwa was facing Nigerian firing squad, in his last moments that he cried bitterly about how Nigeria betrayed him, despite the fact that he fought for one Nigeria, against majority of his Ogoni people who were pro Biafra. These people live for lies, but we thank God that our parents were upright and just in all their interactions with these people. For this, we would always be justified in the end. Lies run sprints, but the Truth is a tiredless marathon runner and would always one day surpass lies. 6 Likes 1 Share |

At your age, education, exposure you still suffer from debilitating ahistorism. Imagine the state of younger Yorubas who don't have the level of education and exposure. "Propaganda can only last for a while, you can’t win a war based on propaganda because reality is different from fantasies" Q#1 Why did Yoruba fight the Nigeria-Biafra War? Q#2 Why did Awolowo and Yorubas align with the North to fight against Biafra? Q#3 Did Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani fight in the Nigeria-Biafra War for the same political reasons. If "YES", what was the political reason behind their alliance to fight Biafra's independence? Q#4 BETWEEN THE HAUSA/FULANI AND YORUBA, WHO is the real winner or real loser of the Nigeria-Biafra War? Q#5 Between the Yoruba and Ndigbo, who is the real winner/real loser in the Nigeria-Biafra War? Q#6 After over 5 decades of aligning with Arewa North to "defeat" Biafra, in the Nigeria-Biafra War, are Yoruba of Nigeria better off - economically, politically, educationally, psychological, scientifically, emotionally, individually and collectively - in Gowon's post-Biafra Nigeria than they would have been in Aburi Accord- restructured Nigeria?
