Pep, and Zidane were experiments at some point until they cemented a place to being classy managers. Barcelona and Madrid took a gamble with them and it paid off. Koeman, considering his previous run with club teams doesn't fit to be our manager but then, he's our coach after all and except seeking extraordinary happens, he's proven to spend another season with us.

I disagree that every coaching job is a gamble. If you thought something will most likely fail, why would you even try it out? Do you know that CVs are submitted and interviews conducted before the coach is finally appointed? These are processes geared towards ensuring the best coaches are hired and they do not have to fail. Of course they do fail eventually but attempts were made to ensure they succeeded. Those attempts are never mere experiment or gamble.

Why exactly should we be happy or satisfied with Keoman when there is literally a UCL finalist led by a coach that took over mid season. He is not just luckily leading them to a UCL trophy, he has properly drilled the team into a tough side.

Even if Chelsea ends up trophyless, and we end up wining Copa, which team will you bet on having a better next season?
We are 5 matches to the end of this season and you people are still using "he met a team in crisis" as an excuse

Well, football clubs are not ran by mere gambling or experiment or trial-and-error. There are well known processes in place such as hiring and firing a coach. These are well known processes. They're not gambling or experiments. Any football club that gambles with these processes is sure heading to utter ruin. Gambling belongs to the casinos and betting shops.
