I'm going to have to leave you however for those more qualified than I am because my own advise would harshly start with a 3-6 month moratorium on sex while you learn to communicate verbally with your partner about other things unrelated to sex.

You should talk about yourself instead of generalising because lots of "Women, specifically married women/women in relationships" will come and inform you they do not share your problem.

So which is it? You don't get satisfaction from penetration, or you feel nothing when having sex, or sex is like a chore with your husband, or you are just so over it, or not physically attracted to him anymore, or his hygiene is not up to you standard, or you are just frustrated? They all are different problems with different solutions.

You can bath your husband for instance as part of non-penetrative sex, or both go to sex school to learn to make sex not a chore, or go exercise to make yourselves physically attractive on stop having sex etc. It's after all not compulsory like breathing air is.
