Serve him right, this is obviously not an arrest, he is being taken hostage and the hostagers are asking him to call his people to ask for ransom, it is a very common thing in Libya. No body should feel pity for this man.

No point arguing whether they are libyans or Nigerians. My point is that he is the man in the picture who was declared wanted for torturing the girl, First it was his wife who was held and later handed over to the police. Check the first thread

i am more concerned about what the girl did. why are they not allowing the man talk ?
i have seen girls that planted drugs in guys house and called the police on them. i need to know exactly what she did.
