We have refused to grow beyond maintainace Culture.Go to UK,the old Stadiums of their Leagues are still shining as if they were built yesterday.Almost everything in Nigeria is calling for help.Even budgets have no bearing to our reality.If the Federal fails to maintain theirs, what about the States?.

One is not safe walking alone in the street. You know why? No single street lighting along major roads in the state capital.
