I will suggest you pick the newer vehicle , you are looking at an almost 2m price difference between both vehicles.

My younger brother's Toyota Camry 07 just started bringing out black smoke at the exhaust and the rate of fuel consumption has increased tremendously.
We were at the mechanic but he wasn't around and we would go back later.

Pls what could be the cause of that and what are the possible solutions.

Pls my civic 07 is having starting issues. At first it was random delay in starting sometimes after a refuel. I suspected battery and bought a new one, no difference. I then changed kick starter (after a technician tapped it to start) yet it persist.
Another tech guy checked fuel pump, serviced the fuel line and changed coolant temp sensor, but it still persist.

Presently, this happens more often in the morning; the dashboard just goes off in-between while igniting, struggles then starts on 3-4 attempt. During the day it starts fine. My mechanic suggested it's a relay or electrical function. Thought to consult the guru as well. No check light.
Kindly assist.

Please my 2012ML350 AC won’t come with normal controls on after a changed Condenser, we thought it was back stamp Choice, now the back stamp (correct option) has been fixed yet problem persists. All fuses/ sockets checked. When byepassed from the hood, it works normal. Please help ��

I heard that Toyota Super Long Life coolant is red/pink in colour and it now has me worried as to what i should do. My mechanic wants me to get Abro Coolant (the green one) but as usual, I'd like to have a second opinion before going down that path.

Secondly, my manual doesn't say anything about where i should add my coolant (reservoir tank or radiator). I ask because my reservoir tank is running low whereas I've still got coolant in the radiator when opened.

Very simple fix.

First of all, stop using non-Mercerdes techs to fix your vehicle.

Once the air-conditioning of a Mercedes 2004-date has been tampered with the system shuts down until it is reset with a high end scan too to ensure errors have been fixed before system restores functions.


Just clear errors with a high end scan tool .

GAZZUZZ:


Drain the green coolant and use Toyota long life coolant .

Fill up engine and set reservoir to mid point between high and low marks
