Which is why they charge very unreasonable fees for planning approval. Their ridiculous fee for building approval is even higher than that of Lagos, discouraging people from obtaining approval |

Imagine His government asking investors to pay astronomical land charges within 60 days otherwise the offer lapses. Truly, non compliance offer were lapsed. Also, the administration increases Direct assessment from 5% to 17% at this stage of Covid-19 pandemic. This arbitrary increment practically made the prospective investors unable to pay. And with that Ogun state has Very bad Roads ... Agbara to ATAN road is one of the most important Roads ,The industries in that Area ,Free trade Zone etc us huge ,the Government of Ogun Generates lots of money from there ,Yet it's an eye sore ,I learnt the Governor Visited Recently and promised to fix it but that Road should be an Industrial Road if well Constructed |
