Lagos state government goofed big time by this action. Okada would have been a better and decent alternative considering the facts that lots of internal and street roads are in deplorable condition....Lagos could buy Okadas and engage drivers just like the mile to go small buses.....even the price of one of those buses could buy two to three Okadas if am right anyway and okada maintenance is far cheaper and movement more faster..... 1 Like |
