Governors are elected, LG Chairmen are elected. LG chairmen are not subservient to the Governors. If the two parties settle out of court,it gives oyo govt the upper hand!it will look as if the legislators are bn done some favours!with the apex court judgement,the legislators av got a legal backing that culd not be disputed by oyo govt!its a big win for the legislators!!
