Development in yobe state after years of insecurity.

1. Gov. Mai Mala Buni of Yobe delivers 3,600 housing unit to 17 local governments of Yobe state.
The houses were built in two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments and each three-bedroom unit and occupy 800 square meters of land while each two-bedroom unit was allocated 600 square meter.

2. GOV. BUNI’S HOUSING SOLUTION

Currently Governor Mai Mala Buni is constructing the first phase of 3,600 housing units across Yobe state. Work is at finishing stages for 1,800 units, or 50 percent of the total, built across the 17 local government areas.

3. Yobe state Governor, Mai Mala Buni builds 14 Mega and Model primary schools across six local gov'ts of Yobe state.

Each of the model schools has the following facilities:

1. 56 classrooms
2. 12 offices of staff
3. 4 computer centers
5. Gatehouse.

Each of Mega schools has the following facilities:
1. 30 classrooms
2. 2 computer centres.

The distribution of the projects across local governments.

2. Gujba got two
3. Damaturu got two
4. Geidam got two
5. Nguru got two
6. Gashu'a got two.

5. Gov. Mai Mala Buni of Yobe furnishes Yobe students with 3 storey building of hostels of 650 bed capacity.

The newly constructed hostels are:

1. 200 bed capacity at Yobe state University in Damaturu.

2. 200 bed capacity at collage of Nursing and midwifery in Damaturu.

3. 150 bed capacity at Yobe state university teaching hospital in Damaturu.

6. Resettlement: Gov. Mai Mala Buni of Yobe builds 600 shops and stalls to Buni Yadi returnees, charges them to embrace businesses for self reliance.

7. Some of the 233 Yobe indigenes sponsored by Gov. Mai Mala Buni for foreign scholarship studying at Indian Global University.

As sponsored by Gov. Mai Mala Buni administration in 2020, the beneficiaries are currently studying Petroleum Engineering, operation theatre, renal dialysis, medicine, anesthesia ,cardiac technology, pharmacy, others at Indian University.

233 Yobe indigenes sponsored by Gov. Mai Mala Buni for foreign scholarship studying at Indian Global University.

8. Nguru modern market in Yobe state is one of the five modern markets under construction by Gov. Mai Mala Buni administration across five local governments of the state.

1. Damaturu modern market has 800 shops and stores, administrative block, mosque, road network, fire fighting unit, etc.

2. Buni Yadi modern market has 600 shops and stalls.

3. Potiskum Modern market has 600 shops and stores, administrative block, mosque, road network, fire fighting unit, etc.

4. Gashua modern market has 600 shops and stores, administrative block, mosque, road network, fire fighting unit, etc.

5. Nguru modern market has 600 shops and stores, administrative block, mosque, road network, fire fighting unit, etc.
