my brother I do not support the extortion. I have written several articles on Facebook and blogs denouncing this silly culture of extortion by SE police commands. In the Qur'an,jihadist were mandated to collect tax from conquered territories. That was what the Fulani and Miyetti ALLAH seeked to achieve. They assumed Biafra was conquered land , after all the civil war was spearheaded by Fulani mercenaries from all across Africa.
