This dude is just a weapons buff, a little crazy maybe, but what he has there is not more that what he'd need to defend himself in a frontier town like Bangui

And why is a Russian running comms for them if this isn't all about misinformation propaganda

The Russians have been training the CAR military for years... and that makes me think that dude may just be a French sleeper cell waiting for his order and that the Russian intelligence decided to rat out. Simple! Africa has always been a pawn game for the Europeans.

These are the guys who illegally mine minerals while supplying weapons to the rebels that have continuously fought every government in that country..
CAR has been going through western instigated wars since the days of Emperor Bokassa, who was just an ordinary lieutenant in the French overseas army. The French organized a coup against the democratically elected government to impose an unlettered Bokassa as president and the guy used the national budget to organize a coronation ceremony where he made himself an Emperor! When the French got tired of him, they also organized a fresh coup to get rid of him .. Basically using the country as a huge experimental lab to practice their political fantasies..

Since then, the CAR has never known peace. Russian soldiers are there with the Rwandese now.. Countless french induced coups and wars over the years... It's a vast country, little population, but "blessed" with huge mineral deposits just next door to Congo kinshasa, another minerals behemoth, so the west won't let go. One of their presidents, Bozizze or so even visited Nigeria many years back to seek for help and protection, but Nigeria is a basket case itself. Libya sent in soldiers under Gadaffi and helped to protect the government and stabilize the country. But then NATO killed Gadaffi, Libyan soldiers went back home and another round of turmoil was unleashed. These guy above is part of the problem. They are all economic terrorists, killing locals like game animals to steal gems and other minerals for free. Money made from this is used to keep the country devided and fighting endlessly, since stability leads to effective governance which may end the looting...

The way BOKO was situated in that strategic border shows international involvement

This is an interesting case. The man does have a military look about him, but he only has three rifles and one semi-auto handgun in his possession. That M16, the scoped Remington Model 700, the handgun, and that single-barreled shotgun are a small collection that certainly does no qualify to be called an "arsenal".

The man's collection looks more geared towards home defense and recreational hunting, than any sort of military endeavor.

shocked shocked shocked Really??
Home defense and recreational hunting you said!!! With several magazines capable of starting a local insurrection, camos, handcuffs and other military/attack grade equipments? Noor let CAR hear you ooo

Anything France can do, Britain would do double with even more convert method. Example; Britain trained the SARS officers. They also supplied the arms used in killing innocent people at Lekki.

That French operative in CAR is a learner. Britain is doing same thing to you right under your nose. But it's just more covert so that many of us don't know it. They understand the game in Nigeria and they knew in advance that those weapons supplied to SARS would ultimately end up in the hands of terrorist herdmen to assist your commander in chief who's simply taking orders from London.

That's just an example of how our leaders are being controlled and used to pursue British interest.

During the Lekki protest, Britain had to come talk to Tinubu in order to protect their business interest in Nigeria and the following day soldiers began firing at people at Lekki. In such meetings, they use linguistic manipulation to orchestrate and implant certain thoughts that would make the listener agree on certain things he/she would normally not consider. But most of you now would exclaim "conspiracy theory" yet that response in and of itself is part of the control of your mind.

And you see a BBC reporter claiming she didn't see someone shot at Lekki. But a hospital staff in the ongoing Lagos panel of inquiry has reported how his hospital treated at least 15 casualties of gun shot wounds on the day and time of the shooting. Yet, a BBC reporter who was there didn't see someone shot. So, they used their media to cover up a crime in order to support the Nigerian government, despite that black Nigerians reported the incident. That's just to show you how far Britain can destroy a brain in their so called former colony such as Nigeria.

Should I continue?

Then you have Dangote and Otedola, you'll think with their wealth they'll at least have control of their minds. But no!!. The last time you saw them, they're begging the queen of England cap in hand so that she may allow them run their oil business in Nigeria. A black man went to Europe to beg a European monarch to allow him operate a refinery in a black land!!. By the way, to lobby her, they first had to dehumanize themselves by making a wife of a former British former prime minister the head of their company. Of course, this decision was all orchestrated and implanted in their minds using linguistic manipulation. But if you ask Dangote he'll tell you it was his decision. Bunch of slaves!!.

The whole crises we find ourselves today in Nigeria was created for us and is still being maintained by Britain.

Sorry for this long epistle but just letting you know that British control of Anglophone African countries is worse than French control of Francophone African countries.

Ha ha you ain't lyin brother. Another baffling observation I note is that the scoped rifle and the shotgun are seriously rusted on the external surface of the barrels, as though he was out of town for a long time, and couldn't trust anyone else to oil and clean them up. No hunter worth his salt would allow his guns to rust in that way.

This is a very odd case indeed.

This is how France has been supplying Boko Haram with weapons to create avenue for Nigeria to spend big on military hardwares.

But unfortunately, asides the fact that politicians (and top soldiers) will embezzle part of the funds, they will buy substandard weapons for the Nigerian army, then draft non Fulani soldiers to war zone to go and perish.

France, USA, Israel, Serbia, Russia, white South Africans, etc are the biggest winners any where there's instability in Africa because they will supply weapons to the opponents, then urge the country to buy ammunitions from them.

Also, E.U countries like U.K will solicit for funds from E.U purse claiming it's for aid. What they will then do is spend all most of the money to buy British products then donate them to the unfortunate ones.

EU countries like UK
