Now lets say i kidnap the president son and ask for money for his release, obviously usa will try to locate me with all their forces. If they can't and i send them a video of me cutting the boy's finger and i giv them 6 hrs to get my cash or kill d boy, u think they won't pay?. Its all about the right leverage. Go to the dark web and u will see some deep shit going on there. But do so at ur own risk. People have been killed cos of info they saw on d dark web. I see people saying the US government don't pay ransome and laugh, They do pay but through private owned companies or NGOs. It's the same way the Nigerian government use the Red Cross to negotiate with Boko Haram.
