Greetings,

So after submitting/uploading my IELTS on March 10th (as per the NSE request that was sent to me), at the stipulated section where it was meant to be uploaded.. i got the notification on my portal saying that ''your document has been successfully uploaded.

So i thought to myself; they have seen it.

Only for me to get an email May 13th (2 months after..) saying that ''We successfully received your document"

So now; is it that all these while, these people have not received the document talk more of ''seeing/reading'' the thing??
Or they are just beginning to look at my ''complete'' application package??
Abi was that just an automated msg??

Abi is it the power of my GCMS note request i sent May 3rd that is working ni..??

You can use high compression on www.ilovepdf.com, it should be reduce the file from 9MB to 1.2MB. Before then, try the recommend compression mode.

A quick question please. My study visa has been approved and I have also received my study permit. But I am back to the country since my next class is in the fall.
I intend to apply for study permit for my kids.
Since I already have mine approved, I tried to fill study permit app form for both kids but the system allows me to fill just one study permit on my account at a time and I have two kids. Please how do I go about this?
Your response will be highly appreciated.

You should provide accurate answers to the online questionnaire that you will be submitting an application for an additional family member
to accompany you to Canada i.e after inputting the details of your first child. With this, a separate folder with details of your children will be automatically generated.

I have seen this happen before, it is a system glitch on the Canadian immigration website. Give it some time or more preferably report the issue to the system admin on the site.

I wanted to apply for my study permit before May 15 as directed by IRCC, but I was advised to be patient as I still have an important document that is not yet ready. By God's grace, the document will be available next month, June.
I booked and paid for medicals for May31st... Please what can I do about the medicals since I will not be submitting my visa application in May.

A medical result is valid for 1 year and as such you can apply for your study permit with a copy of the E-medical slip. Truthfully provide answer to the online questionnaire that you've done medical within the past 12 months. The immigration officer at the Canadian embassy will use the UMEI on your upfront medical sheet to gain access and upload the result on your MyCIC account.

Tuition payment can be made from any account. The immigration authorities are not after the medium in which the payment was carried out, rather they are more interested in verifying the authenticity of the tuition receipt from the proposed DLI in Canada.

A friend applied for a visa and he's to resume this may.. I think deadline for resumption has passed and the school didn't defer his admission
He applied for admission elsewhere and has gotten admission
Please what can he do? How can he notify the visa officer of the change of school

I believe it may be because you streamlined your question to a particular person by quoting his post directly and also insinuating u needed his help cos he is already in Canada. An average person who is also well equipped with the necessary info u need may skip since u want ur response from someone already inside Canada.

The applicant should fill an updated study permit form and provide a new acceptance letter/confirmation of enrollment from the new DLI. He can update his records through the link pasted below IRCC WEBFORM - NAIROBI

However, before doing this, he should make sure that he contacts the previous institution for a deferment.

From ogudu, take a bus to lekki ikate. From the last bus stop, take a 50 naira shuttle to manor Hall.

Given that the TA and RA Scholarship of 15,177CAD per year only covers for your living expenses and incidental expense in Canada. The sponsor (dad) should have at least 12M-13M available balance in his bank account.
