Run checks if there are any flight that run that route. I know overland run Jalingo airport but i don't know if they run from Ilorin. Once you get, visit their office/sales point to book. Go with your ID.

That's going to be quite expensive as there are no direct flights to taraba as at present... The most popular taken travel routes is usually a flight from Lagos/Abuja to Yola and then about another 3hrs on road from Yola to Jalingo
