Stop misleading people by giving wrong information/impression. Gov Okoko has very categories of youth programs going on in Delta States. Not everybody has the privilege to attend University. The government is for all Deltans being a graduate or not. There is room to empower all Deltans. Keke empowerment is not meant for graduate.

The new trend now in Warri is that Yahoo boys are now into crypto currency...
I know for sure they will upgrade to ICT with time...
Especially those online works and business, that you can work from home.

Please I would like to know if anyone wrote the exam for the Delta State ihub ICT for youth empowerment program.
Have the program started yet?
I passed the exams,I even went through the oral interview but I haven't heard back since.
I've tried calling their numbers but it always rings with no answer.
I've checked the website and there's no info about it. I am just confused.
I'm really into in this web training,and it's a boost for the unemployed.

I scored 80% after waiting for so long without getting any feedback I had to call them and they friggin told me, it's only those who scored 85% and above, those are the ones they're considering, then he also told me the rest of us will be considered for second batch of which I know that's total bullocks

Ops , did you went for the test, the oral Interview and the collection of letter..if you did collect letter, then no problem . They told those that were issue letters that they would get back to them..which they will do at their own time and pace.

Op it hasn't started yet...I qualified too under UI/UX essential. I have collected my acceptance letter and patiently waiting for them to ask me to come over to Asaba to commence the process....

Op I have collected my letter too for Mobile Application, We were supposed to start this month but an insider told me they had some set backs with accommodation and device delivery. Hopefully we should start June. Okowa really mean business with the ICT stuff.
