Skipperrabiu: Lol. Why dont you tell us your ethnic origin so we can scrutinise your people's 'worth' to Nigeria? Silly bigot. It is your type who will still foolishly go and vote Atiku or any other Fulani in 2023 because you hate Yoruba never minding that you are merely cutting your nose to spite your face. 1 Like 1 Share |

This fool Atiku, think Nigeria are prepared to replace Buhari with Atiku. Atiku has lost his chance in 2019, Nigeria cannot afford another Northern Nigeria from Belewa to Shagari to Buhari they have all been a disaster. |

UncleKoboko: The bold parts is not even the issue - the current Fulani Oligarchy has sold Nigeria's oil reserves of the next 10 years in exchange for loans from China which they are sharing amongst themselves right now as we speak. By the time they are done - and Buhari hands over, the incoming administration of the southerner will discover he is just seating on an empty chair - no money to run anything. If you listen to Major Hamza Al-Mustapha's interview recorded in 2016, it is on youtube- he said when Abacha died, Nigeria had $6 Billion in External Reserve [despite crippling sanctions against the regime] and that was what Abdusalam Abubakar inherited. When Abubakar was leaving 11 months plus later - Nigeria had less than $2 Billion in external reserve [despite the fact that Abdusalam regime was not bugged with sanctions for the fact that he was going to hand over to civilians in 1999] so what happened to $4 Billion in 11 months. Right from the days of Military Rule, the north has been controlling the south AS IF each of the northern soldiers have 2 heads, 2 hearts, 4 kidneys - and 4 hands - WHY ARE SOUTHERNERS COWARDS? especially those in the military? But your people up North are very very wicked, self centered and selfish and don't deserve to coexist with anyone. U show them love they show u hatred, u accommodate them they kill u. What sort of people are they? |

Biafranboys: Dude, that guy has a point. All Southern Governors met to take a stand and the North is fretting. Ask yourself why Southern Governors , backed by their legislators, could not have done this even 8 years ago and it had to take terror arriving at our doorstep for them to act. Perhaps because Southern leaders, including your own Igbo leaders, are also "unity beggars" you like accusing Northerner of being. We have the power to free ourselves if it is really what we and our leaders want in unison. It is really redundant and cowardly that Nigerians in the South continue to blame the North because, in life, people only do to you what you allow them to do. My personal opinion is that we continue blaming everything on the North because it spares us having to confront the inactions of our own Southern leaders. The North is Machiavellian and will continue to be so unless Southern leaders step up and stop them. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Atiku: Power To Change Nigeria Does Not Lie In Aso Rock by Nobody: 7:10am On May 17, 2021 |
sulaak: This is very true. Buhari was final proof that Northern leadership of Nigeria is only capable of delivering nepotism, gradualism, centrist and bloated governance, lack of innovation, senseless resistance to devolution of power, weak legislative arm, perseverance with an archaic constitution and political system, compromised armed forces and institutional weakness, overbearing involvement of religion in political/public life and many, many more negatives. The North should not get anywhere near the Presidency of Nigeria again till our nation is restructured, our constitution is amended, State policing is delivered, power is devolved away from the centre and States have greater autonomy and control over their socio-economic direction etal. 1 Like 1 Share |

All this talks about North and South including the much touted Southern Unity will transform to Yoruba vs Igbo by next year when the real dynamics of 2023 begin to play out. Atiku is fast realizing he is the biggest loser of the sponsored divisive tendencies they sowed for political reasons. The North will not be voting for a Northerner in 2023 but will definitely align towards a Southern ticket that best protect their interests. This is why the North is the most politically smarter region in Nigeria. By next year, we will see if the Southern unity continues or a particular bloc will swallow their vomit and shamelessly queue behind another Hausa/Fulani ticket. The biggest failure of the opposition is continuing to focus on Buhari with the elections few months away forgetting that Buhari will not be on the ballot in 2023. |

Naajjii:I think you missed the point. Thought I am a Northerner, I know quite clear that the agitation for a break up or at least a restructure from the Southern part of the country has nothing to do with where the president currently comes from, but all to do with the current level of injustice in the land; the unabated killings, kidnapping and maiming of the people by suspected Fulanis; the destruction of farms, lives and properties by suspected Fulani herdsmen; the current banditry and terrorism activities which has unfortunately turnned out to be a lucrative business for the North; the nepotism, sectionalism and favourism of the present government. These have cause untold hardship for the people in the South, hence the agitation. should Nigeria effect a change in leadership of the country from the North to the South without a corresponding change in the aforementioned, I am sorry to say that these agitation for a break up or total restructure will still continue. It's not about where the president comes from 1 Like |

This guy d yan abeg. Although hatred for nigeria politicians is affecting our love for this country. It's so terrible that even if Jesus Christ is from Nigeria, nobody will believe His sermon anymore. That's how bad we've derailed. Funny enough, come 2023 we will line up on polling units across d federation and vote another conman; this time around, a moneybag. 1 Like |
