How is John Noble keeps getting National team call up when he is not Top 5 in the NPFL same as Ezenwa is always funny to me

I’m not talking about this match alone I’m talking about this season overall he has been poor he’s getting call ups cause of his Penalty heroics against Rivers United i can mention 5 to 8 goalkeepers having a better season than him

The Belgium team seems to be very thin on talents, but I'm sure there are plenty of midfielders in the Belgian league that can replace him

I have watched Enyimba for basically the whole season and what you are saying is completely wrong. Noble has come up big for them in numerous occasions.

Maduka Okoye makes Netherlands's Voetbalzone.nl's Eredivisie Team of the Season (TOTS) 20/21.

Translated from their site below is their review of the lad:

Maduka Okoye (Sparta Rotterdam):

With competitors such as Remko Pasveer from Vitesse and Sergio Padt from FC Groningen, the choice was not easy, but Okoye had a wonderful season at Sparta in the shadows.
The only 21-year-old Nigerian was only passed 35 times in 28 games and kept the zero 10 times, impressive figures for a goalkeeper from Sparta. Earlier this week, he kept his team going at FC Utrecht (0-0) with a few nice saves, which turned out to be crucial for reaching the play-offs. Robert Maaskant called the 1.97 meters tall lad last week at RTV Rijnmond a 'crazy athlete', while Kees Kwakman put him at the top of his top three revelations in the Eredivisie on Sunday.

"He is very interesting. He came over from Fortuna Düsseldorf for zero euros! Really a great keeper."

Imagine us trying to cap him now. He will say he is thinking! grin
Shout out goes to Rohr for correctly having the belief in inviting him to join the Super Eagles team whilst playing in division 3 or was it even division 4. Shout out too goes to the fans for not crucifying the young man when he was called up. We have seen what can happen when players are called up and not believed to have earned it on merit. Ask Viv Solomon Otabor for example.

Finally even the Okoye himself will also be thankful to Rohr for the show of faith and support to help get him where the is today!

I watched this game live on TV and Enyimba looked like a team from division 10. Even poorer than in these highlights...and if you think they're bad just watch when other Nigerian clubs play against proper teams. It is an embarrassment.

Comedy, Abia Warriors have conceded the most goals in Nigerian football. Their goalkeeper used to keep for Akwa United and I know him very well. John Noble is better than him and is more focused during matches.

Akwa United won't look like that next season don't worry about that one. Just tell the NPFL/LMC to stop cheating us because we should be at least 9 points ahead of the pack right now. We have a team ready for the continent even after just losing our 2 best players cool

Of course! But this time last year he was in Division 4...and we capped him regardless and it has ended up in a in-win situation for both parties. A win for the Super Eagles and win for him!

No loss to Germany....because if they valued him as much as we did and still do they should have capped him whilst he was in Division 4! abi no be so? cheesy

Why will Germany capped a division 4 goalkeeper ? grin even if we didn't cap him the best he can get is u23 call up but i can see a lot bundesliga team trying to sign him

Thats the thing, if we didnt cap him he will probably still be in Division 4!!

Don't forget his first cap was against Brazil facing Neymar, Firmino and Coutinho dem ....just checked on transfermrkt and the league match he missed whilst away on international duty was against SC Verl. He made it back in time to face Vfb Homberg hahaha

Now after facing Neymar which kain eye he go take dey look those division 4 players?

He grew up after that first cap...

This is the weakest Belgian squad I've seen in recent years. However don't be surprised that they will now go and win the whole thing grin

But I don't trust Martinez and his (lack of) coaching skills.
