Anyone familiar with the HIV program around 2013, - 2015 in the South East states would most definitely have come across the name CCCR.

Apart from providing free services and drugs to HIV patients, they were holding regular trainings for medical and nursing students. I personally attended and benefitted from a number of the trainings in Enugu

He has linked the murderer's uncle to Apkabio just because he worked with the NDDC( is the man responsible for all staff of NDDC).

I strongly believe that the murderer have strong backing. Imagine the police men in their interview calling him by his name instead of the usual 'suspect' they use.

It's so sad that this is one of the many cases that the villains will go unpunished.
