Let's be careful in spreading this type of news. This hasn't been verified, so we don't know for sure that this was done by Fulani. Anyone can destroy a farm, and that is assuming a farm was even destroyed.

Nigerians can be funny, this may be a ploy to gain sympathy and money. We need to do proper investigation to ensure that this actually took place. Ultimately, this raises a larger issue, the issue that we need to approve ranching as soon as possible so everyone knows their side and this will reduce herder/farmer interactions. Progressive governors need to step forward with comprehensive ranching plans or this type of confusion will continue.

We need leadership to step up on those states and do the needful. But, in the meantime let's be careful in spreading this type of news as it can lead to ethnic hate against Fulani peacefully residing in the south.
