I don't know why some guys are like this, I have witnessed over three times Uber guys rubbing their clients alone Monnestry road sangotedo guys be careful, riders be alert. After robbing they throw u out.

I believe u didnt get d contex of what i wrote but not withstanding if u work at night on ehailing at least av an extra self defense gadget.

In case of rider being Robbed, i still find it hard to believe cos d driver wont be safe afterward, cos e will be nabbed. What we usually see and hear is the reverse

That's a bloody lie. Probably referring to the corrollas and camry doing kabu kabu who put that yellow taxi sign on their car.
I don't believe you.

Many Lagosians just believe any corolla is uber..like that's d only car uber accepts, so anywhere they see corolla they conclude its uber

Uber drivers robbing their riders shocked shocked shocked find that hard to believe
Probably offline. Some riders will just see a Corolla by the road side and negotiate offline cuz their phone is dead or something

Possible but very unlikely...can only driver rob passenger(s) while driving? Except he uses magic sha...most robberies are busstop pick and drops and one-chance journeys.

I've been wanting to ask this question self. How do you guys create time to wash your vehicles?

The compound security washes mine for me everyday and that of my wife, twice a week. I pay him 8k monthly.

The problem with him washing is that, I can't leave the house before 7:30am since I can't tell him to wake up by 5:30 and start washing.

Big man! 8k monthly i.e d same as washing 5h in the car wash, but twice a week is something I still d9nt understand... You mean you wash your car for just two times weekly? That's strange!

Me I wash my car myself either late night when I'm back from work and I've an early assignment to carryout very early in the morning or in the morning before I set out at 10am or 11am... That's the normal time I go out daily except for recently that I usually go out 8/9am because of one of my special client I take to the office and other places so I'll have to either wash in the evening when I close or very early in the morning.

Then some times i use the car wash if car is very dirty and muddy that I meed to flush out sands.

Since you're paying him for his service then let him know you need to go out early in the morning, he will change the time washes your car, employees do what their employers ask for.

Lolz if its between husband and wife no wahala. If not, u already know its a bad thing to have sex with someone u aren't married to, demons will remain in ur car grin grin grin

Apart from that, sin chase away the glory of God away from a person and it will take time for one to regain it back.

It exposes one to attacks from tge realm of the spirit because demos and spiritual forces are always looking for ways to break people's defence so they can attack their business, family and jobs so having such a sinful act in your place of office/source of livelihood is like inviting the devil to come and dine and drink with you.

This is the reason behind some people having some unexplainable accident, attacks and troubles in their daily lives because they've defile that holy temple and place of dwelling of the Holy Spirit.

You can't sin and expect the grace of God to remain.

Many at times riders have told me they feel different the moment they entered my car... I know what they're trying to say even though they can't explain how they truly feel, even when I'm on top speed they feel relax and comfortable... Sometimes most of them sleep off in a 20-30min trip.

There're reasons to all of these. Drivers should know that their car is their office so they should learn to keep is clean, tidy and holy at all time.

Learn from people's experiences.

No sir

Why will I pay him N500 naira. The same amount those who pay for space and have running costs charge. Besides, it's a side job for him grin

He washes my bolt vehicle everyday of the week and my wife's vehicle two times a week. That translates to about N230 per wash.

You strong o. After the days hustle, you still manage to wash your car at night.

Can you please tell us how you come to conclusion that they are Uber drivers.
Do you even know what it takes to become a Uber driver? My brother, withdraw that your statement.

Some Bluntly hint for Uber/Bolt Driver.
I'll be so blunt with my write ups so its not necessarily you like my comments.

1. Try as much as possible to leave house by 6.30am
2. Anywhere you're in Lagos, try and head home around 8PM at night (Nowhere is safe anymore in naija use your sense)
3. Make sure you have positive mind every day you hold your steering or you're on wheel (whenever you see on group or heard from anywhere that traffic plenty blabla bla, try and have a positive vibe that you'll make your own money out of it).
4. Always try and listen to your right instinct he never lies. (The one that will tell you Sola dont go on that trip follow it at first the left instinct will want to convince you and you'll later regret it)
5. Never try on any week days take trip early in the morning to below areas.
A. Ikorodu
B. Alakija/Apapa
C. Festac town/Ojo
D. All alimosho
E. After Sangotedo
F. Mowe
G. Add your own (Reasons, you'll likely to regret it either by traffic or not getting trip or you didn't meet your target for the day due to traffic)
6. Try as much as possible to buy food for house/home that's very necessary.
7. Never ever interact any conversation with your riders unless if they start it first and beware of whatever you're gonna say to them because majority of us all now don mad due to naija stress.
8. Buy some protective gadget e.g. pepper pray
9. Always have patience all the time especially when you carry young blood (Olosho and G boys) they dont have respect at all.

I'm coming back to complete it want to take a trip...

Bros I've made a post in daily operation with a korope b4 here those guys plying the ikeja LGA make more than that daily and within the hours of 5am-4pm... You probably are the president to lazy korope drivers association of Nigeria that's y you aren't making much.

Understand the times and seasons then you'd known its more profitable driving a korope than a Corolla. Though your experience about mad passengers is 100% but its more toxic in ehailing due to the rider's/driver's partnership and the bossy rule that states, rider's should take the back seat. This makes most of these riders t9 have s9me sense of entitlement and belonging therefore sees every drivers as their employee.

As for the bolded, I take it as a f9rmmof exercise since that's the only thing I do apart from driving.

Besides, those guys I pay to wash don't do a good job so I c it as a waste of money... 5k daily for an average of 5times weekly is 10k monthly ooh bros that money will buy my baby Chisom's pampers, bathing soup and body cream ooh or even pay electricity bill

Its a Federal directive sha, Lagos State Govt has no hand in that.

I met a lady who claimed her uber driver robbed her and pushed her out of the car. I met her on the day the incident happened with a bruised head, no phones, no cash and traumatised. I dropped her in her house and her family members all came out to thank me. Even helped her in securing her NIN for sim replacement at the time, so its real. For years now, I drive only at nights and I like it but I repeat, this feat is not for rookies. The idea of posting earnings as been treated on this thread overtime. I'm not against drivers posting earnings but you'll be an hypocrite not to also put the hours you spent on the road to achieve the feat, cost of fuel, recharge cards, bolt/uber commissions and then lets know what remains of the earnings.

Oh he later died of heart attack at the age of 56 grin

23. Don't drive recklessly simply because the car is not yours and the owner fix the car himself. Remember you're driver today and God will make everyone on rental be a car owner someday. You wouldn't like a driver mess your car too tommorow. "So please stop naija mentality of I dont care no be me go fix am"

emmancecute:

Thanks for verifying my claim.
