No you can't it has to be six month...but someone here suggested you do migration but it will cost you additional fee.
I am not sure how much is the additional charge for migration.

Yes you can... When applying for visa, your passport should still have a minimum validity period of 6 months.

8 means he been in primary school which is opened 9am to 3pm (thereabout)... and a lot of schools have after school program where he can stay from 3 to 6. Meaning that 9 to 6 is usually when you have classes so you are covered. You just do your homework in terms of finding schools in that area and having an idea of cost and how you intend to manage his child care when you are not home

Not from an interview perspective but for reality sake as you need that covered. ...nowadays there no inteview so u might not be asked for any explanation but if you are asked then the research you done comes in handy
