A friend of mine was scammed on a telegram group, now he's heading to bank to report the scammer's account to be frozen, the question now is, which bank will he go? Is it the fraudster bank or his own bank?

He went to his bank and they gave him one mumu sheet to write letter of refund.
He said the banker told him he should just forget about it, or else if he could get a court order to frozen the scammer's account....
So on his way coming home he branched the fraudster bank to explain the scenario nd demanding for the niggas address and phone contact but the lady refuses as a third party rules....he begged this lady with tears but the lady gave out the fraudster phone contact but not address/location. Guy getting home chatting with voice note emotional whatsapp tears, with calls the fraudster refuses until he was blocked. Pls Nairalanders who can help us out to track his location, provided we have his number and full name already....

Your moniker already revealed the kind of person ohh sorry animal u are, angry goat indeed.....i would boldly say nd ask for help if it was me they scammed, infact i will take it to twitter self with the help of retweet from influencers, i won't even mind insult as far as i would have sensible pple who would give solution advise. He will write an official letter to his bank who will then liase with the scammer's bank. You can also make a report at his bank to make the process faster. If there's money in his account, you will be required to get a court order to transfer it back to your account. Forget the customer care and talk directly with the branch managers.

Report the matter to EFCC u will get your cash
