no doubt channels tv has been compromise but you cant blame seun he has to follow orders, perhaps he has been warned to know the kind of question to ask. even if it were to be you, with the situation of thing u will be scared, take for example when a host ask FFK question about who is funding him you can imagine FFK reply insulting the guy for doing his job, if seun should ask though questions the AGF might end up insulting seun and thereby threathening to arrest him

for me i dont blame seun there is more to that

I believe Channels TV has been compromised. They've lost that jagged edge that made them outstanding.

Yeah just like most groups in the 90's they got old and out of fashion. But they are still very much together. They've lost the EDGE though. grin

. He really disappointed me, how I wish it was Maupe or Chamberlain doing that interview, Malami would have left that studio totally embarrassed, imagine the type of person that is the chief law officer of the Nation, a man not qualified to be a commissioner in any southern State.
Lol, no one can grill Government appointees than seun, av been following channels TV for years. Seun has actually been careful with the way he asked the question and Malami is very intelligent to reply those questions. I can count the number of times Ameachi threw back question to seun not even once coz he can't anz those questions, most of u guys are just hyprocrite. Maope and chamballin are far far below seun wen it comes to Politics program, he asked the question well and Malami used legal terminologies to dribble seun, am not surprised coz Malami is a politician. Most of u hyprocrite here can't even discuss politics or state of nation in ur street yet u are castigating someone that is on Air almost everyday.

Then they should forget about doing interviews
you have to understand that channels as a TV station is threading dangerously, skipping the whole interview session will put a dent to their high standards. We have to manage whatever is being served by them till they get moving again

Attorney General of the federation and minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, was recently a guest at Channels television. Channels TV host, Seun Okinbaloye took up the duty to interview the minister.

However, many Nigerians are of the view that Seun Okinbaloye is not an intelligent host as he failed to ask sensitive and vital questions. They felt Malami should have been grilled with so many big questions in relation to Nigeria’s current situation.

Here are some interesting tweets concerning Seun ‘s interview:

Lee tweeted: Seun Okinbaloye should resign and go home
His interviews on channels this days is nothing to write home about, very annoying, asking baby questions instead of reasonable and challenging questions
If you’re scared then stop doing interviews

Another tweet read: They give little or nothing but feel so entitled. Spare parts sellers rent shops, buy landed properties, pay taxes, kill no one, rapes no one. But those who destroy alcohol and still enjoy its tax revenues from other state are making weak comparisons, Seun you are not doing well!

Channels TV tweeted: On the issue of banning grazing, the AGF asks if you deny the rights of a Nigerian citing the example of Northern governors coming together to ban the trade of spare parts in the north. Does it hold water.

Nigerians on Twitter were displeased with such comparison and called it a weak one.

OG tweeted: That was a very poor comparison.. selling of Spare parts does not lead to insecurity… but open grazing clearly does, Seun just didn’t point that out.

A.zed tweeted: And this is my biggest frustration with Seun. He gets the biggest newsmakers on his show but rarely challenges them nor does he ask intelligent follow up questions.

Anybody – Malami, Fayose, Gumi – can come on his show, make the most ludicrous claims & Seun will let it slide

It’s obvious from tweets that Seun lacks the skills required of a good host. Do you think so?

If you closely follow Seun’s interviews, you will understand he has always been a strong APC sympathizers, if not even a member.☹️☹️

U are neither here nor there. U are just contradicting urself. U said that "Channels is a TV station that's constantly at loggerhead with FG, channels is scared of another sanctioning, interviews this days are pre-scripted".

D question is why did they invite malami for an interview and hold an interview with him in d first place? Or is he d one that forced himself on channels that they must interview him?

do you know the meaning of high standards? Why are you always glued to channels TV when you need the best reportage about everything Nigeria politics. Inviting malami is the definition of keeping that standard, inviting malami is the reason why channels is the Best TV station in Nigeria, inviting malami is the reason why people of high intellect won't miss sunrise daily on channels, but the truth is channels is risking their reputation for longetivity and meaningful existence.you all will still come here to complain if channels stops bringing the political bigwigs to your screen, channels is mindful of what to ask because the travails of silverbird tv is Still fresh in their memories

What that means from malami.
Is there are many ways of Reprisal from the North .

If Generally Fulani HERDSMEN would be ban from their open-grazing without any concrete fact that they(One of them particularly ) carried out a particular menace as they always alleged.

What is the purpose of Amotekun? ESN nko.?
Even if they ban open-grazing they will later not be satisfied because that's not the actual reason for it's banning.

Then taking similar decision from the Northerners will balance the equation. As soon as Nigeria remaines one nobody will ban anything for any body.

I may asked the North to look for a vital Reprisal to send away millions of migrators and land Occupiers from the South living in the North.

Note that; Northerners are taking over the sells of Spare parts Business in North,
I myself being part of the progress.
So why did 12 northern state ban alcohol from their repective state

"Channels is a TV station that's constantly at loggerhead with FG, channels is scared of another sanctioning, interviews this days are pre-scripted".

If that is d case and d reason why d moderator was scared of asking serious questions, then

"grin question is why did they invite malami for an interview and hold an interview with him in d first place? Or is he d one that forced himself on channels that they must interview him?"

What standard are u talking about when a moderator is scared of asking his guest serious questions?
