Papapa1234:With all due respect sir/ma I believe we should be able to respond to situations in a better way, you can as well pass rather than make such comments, I only told her what's attainable at my end, and I never held a knife to her neck to patronize me, nor obstruct anyone from proferring a solution to her inquiry, she has the choice to make, you were unable to profer a solution but all your aim was to discredit just because I'm an agent, I might not be as popular as frankrobin (I mention his name with all due respect) but it doesn't mean you should address me as you see all other rogue agents.. let's be guided and God bless us. If she has solutions from people without she contacting me it's all fine, afterall this is a diy group, I also believe I've also been contributing to people here in my own little way. Thanks for your understanding. Ordinarily I should not even make I comment but I just feel I should address the situation 5 Likes |

hoodboy: Ugh thank you! I knew I couldn’t have missed it. I don’t recall seeing biometrics and medicals as part of the requirements. Something wasn’t adding up. |

Please I just found out that my brother didn't upload any LOE or sponsors letter. I told him when he was applying and he kept on saying that they didn't ask for it on the website. I applied since December 15/2020 and I haven't gotten any response from immigration till date. Please what should I do? I am depressed and I really need to leave for the sake of my mental health |

lilianijitola: Yes it’s possible to get a study permit visa for a one year post graduate certificate and a diploma. But it largely depends on your previous study/qualifications, your SOP and proof of finance. What is your previous course of study if I may ask? Almost all Canadian universities exempt IELTS as Nigeria is an English speaking country, google is a friend you can use to quick search Canadian universities that exempt IELTS. You can check university of Regina, conestoga college e.t.c 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by may99(f): 10:54pm On May 20, 2021 |
lauretha: Defer your admission and order for your GCMS note to find out the complete details. You mentioned that there was no sponsor letter, I suggest you correct that in your next application. Also, write a killer SOP explaining why you want to study in Canada, your short and long term goals back in Nigeria, and family ties that connect you to Nigeria. You can find out more information about SOP on the first page of this thread. Goodluck 2 Likes |

Olutoke86: It just may not follow o. Really! I did my medicals on May 15th and sent my medical slip via webform that night. My result definitely didn’t get to them that day but my eligibility started last night. So I think we really should just be optimistic about our applications. Anything can happen. There’s no need to fret. 1 Like |

lauretha:Order your gcms notes, when did u apply, talking about assests probably you didn't submit your personal bank statement, you can address this situation by submitting your bank statement, if you have any landed property in your name, or you have a registered Business in your name, something that shows you're established in Nigeria and that it will bring you back to the country, that still talks about hometies aspect of your application, you need to convince them you re established in the country |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by ooa1st: 11:18pm On May 20, 2021 |
So sorry sis I'd advise you make a request for your GCMS note, this will give proper details as to what and what necessitates the denial. I'd also suggest you make this page a daily go to for detailed information at no cost... It helps. You can also take a screenshot of the comment from the letter sent to you, some gurus will tell you their take on whatever they feel the issue was .However conceal your identification numbers and other relevant details. Sorry once again, it will end joyously. lauretha: 1 Like |

Gurus in the house, Pls help me out! I deferred my admission to Winter (January)2022 term, reasons being that I might not be able to make the fall (Sept)2021 term.(Embassy and Nigeria factor inclusive). Am yet to apply though. The new LOA will b out by mid-June. My Question Should I wait to apply with the new LOA or to submit with this old LOA. Thanks everyone |
