I am budgeting N200 every afternoon for lunch. Can someone suggest what healthy meal that I can get with this amount. Note, I skip morning meals.

That's too small to get you anything reasonable to eat, even for a child.
I don't know the current prices of meat or fish at mama put, because I haven't visited any in a longtime. But you can enter mama put and buy bread N100,beans N100 or rice N100,beans N50,meat N50.

I think you can still get yam and beans with pure water from mama put. But ask first ooo make dem no employ you to dey wash plate after you chop finish
