My face is HORRIBLE
My chest, shoulders are horrible with pimples. I've always had acne in my pregnancies but this one is worse. Coupled with a big wide nose and swollen face.
Now imagine how I look
August is almost here, thank God.

I'm in the same boat, the pimples is really bad, I am so ashamed, I am thinking of stopping work because of it, meanwhile, I still have a long way to go. My belly doesn't look pregnant at all. Strangers freely walk up to me and ask me what is going on with my face. It's so embarrassing.

Still here by God's grace. Pimples, pain on my back and lower left abdomen. Throwing up while brushing, excessive hunger and tiredness(laziness).

Mamas in the house that had uterine fibroids during pregnancy, how did you cope with the pains? I can’t even eat! Can’t do anything! It literally feels like my womb is stretching

I read some where that drinking loads of water and eating fruits help.

I’m experiencing something that’s giving me concern.

I’m 30weeks pregnant.

I get this shortness of breath and heart palpitations (if I’m correct). Like my heart starts beating really fast, sweat may even breakout on my forehead, I feel light headedness; like dizzy and if I don’t sit or lie down immediately, I feel like I might just fall. Tonight is the second time I’m experiencing it; right now as I type, I’m currently lying down.

Who else experiences this? Is this normal?

For people like me that didn't understand the lingo at first, I put together a list (your welcome) to assist you.

ANC- Antenatal care
EDD- expected date of delivery
DOB- Date of birth
BS- Birth story
BA- Birth announcement
DH- dear husband
Team blue- Boy
Team pink- girl
Team green- No gender reveal until birth
Team capo- Curator and motivator of mums expecting to deliver in that particular month
LMP- last menstrual period
TTC- Trying to conceive
BFP- Big fat positive (refers to a positive home pregnancy test)

GP- General Practitioner
TVS- trans vaginal Scan
FP- Fetal pole
MC- Miscarriage
HMO- Health maintenance organization
PCV- packed cell volume
EFW- Estimated Fetal Weight
TWW- Two-week wait (the time bw ovulation and your next period before you do your pregnancy test)

Perhaps you should see your doctor so your BP can be monitored.

Hmmmm.. not fair oo but I’m managing.. sometimes it happens all through the day, sometimes I feel like my whole body has been ran over by a truck.. it is well.. I’m learning as a FTM...nothing actually prepared me mentally for this.. counting each days as it passes waiting for first trimester to be over.. God is our strength!
