Hello, good evening. I got the redmi note 9 last month from jumia and so far I've been enjoying the phone. The issue I'm having is that anytime I open the camera app to take an image, it sometimes hangs. Like I'll take an image and the app freezes. I've downloaded some other camera apps and I don't have this same problem. I've restarted my phone multiple times and even updated the system apps. Please is there any solution?

I've also cleared the cache and all the data multiple times but there's been no improvement. It gets even worse when I try to take portrait shots

Okay. The phone now keeps app longer in memory with the new update. Battery seem a tad better. And the UX is better. Now you have to tap on notifications to bring quick functions

yes I did a 20 app test between 11.11pm to 12am

Opened all the apps and minimised them using only twitter and chrome

By 12.06 I now remembered I was supposed to do test after twitter carry me away well minus twitter and chrome

16 apps opened completely without being closed

Only slack and live net tv closed

Binance , Facebook, trust wallet, Instagram , whatsapp , AnTuTu , Geekbench , COD surprisingly and a couple I can't remember stayed open in the background

some updates dey get skuchies for head especially when update is not stable but beta. I regret this on my note 9s but everything is working smoothly now.

Usually because its Stock Android Dial Pad, Message and Contact App... But some themes do change it, like the iOS theme I'm using for example
