They just packed all of them that was capable of doing a coup in one plane and get them killed. How can a plane that was not under any attack and was checked before take off just explode as it was about to land? Very obvious how the man was killed. He actually faced Boko-haram and investigated them on mismanaged arm funds so they were so scared of a coup from such a fearless man that exposed the cabals at his first two weeks of assuming his office. It's well! RIP, HEROES |

| Re: Nigerian Army confirms death of General Attahiru by Nobody: 6:44am On May 22, 2021 |
semyman:Now read this- There once was a man who so loved his people that he fought for them as a civilian lawyer when there properties was being annexed under the abandoned property saga in Ph. He became governor to rebuild his devastated state, applied for federal governments aid to help his people battle infrastructure deficit . On one occasion, while he was leading shehu shagari around the ndiegoro flood disaster,he wept over the devastation and the media termed him -"the weeping governor" He learnt that he and his people where alone ,and so he mobilised independent resources to rebuild. 1) In four years,he established modern pipeborne water schemes in owerri, aba,Umuahia, isialangwa and many other parts of the old imo state. 2) He built one of the earliest power stations in Nigeria at amaraku -enough to give steady power to the whole of old imo state. 3) He built the sprawling concord hotel which even till today is a worthy edifice, he also began the enyimba 5 star hotel on the banks of the aba river. 4)mbakwe established an Aluminium Smelter Plant in Inyishi. 5)He equally built a Paint Factory at Abo Mbaise. 6)He built the largest industrial estate East of the Niger in the international glass industries and convinced shell to build one of Nigeria's first gas distribution network ,from gas fields at owaza to aba -begining the industrialization of Aba. 7 He built the Imo Modern Poultry Farm, Avutu in Obowo and Ogwe Golden Chicken in Asa. 7) He begun the now abandoned metallurgical centre in obikabia and many other mini industries -let me just stop here. I won't even comment on the hundreds of roads he built that some of,is still standing today in aba ,owerri and some other cities. Then came 1983 and your supposedly "Man with a good heart" he destroyed democracy and threw the governor's of old Anambra and Imo state into prison for corruption. Then he put his bosom friend born of a FULANI woman -ike omar sanda Nwachukwu in charge of imo state (his nepotism didn't start today). His brethren sold off the turbines for the amaraku power plants at a discount to a developing South Korea. He abandoned most of mbakwes projects like the flood control project going on in Aba then and owerris. And as if that isn't enough- adult males in old imo state were commanded to pay a "development levy" that no one knows what it was used for. So my bro, while IBB was a disaster in his own right, Buhar.. was and still is a destructive flood |
