[s]You have comprehension problems and an inability to take a well reasoned and sensible position on any issue concerning Igbos due to your bigotry, hate and stupidity!

Pray, where did i state the pogrom against Igbos in the north was 'orchestrated'? It may have well have been.....i wasn't there or privy to any 'orchestrating' that may have gone on! Rather, what i was arguing was that the pogrom and evil against Ndigbo in the north was widespread....hardly needing any prompting from anyone or any 'orchestrating' for the average bloodthirsty, jihadi northerner on the street to go out, dagger in hand......baying for the blood of innocent Igbos! This shows anti-Igbo sentiments and hate against an entire ethnic group was (and some may argue, still is) ingrained in the DNA of the average core northern muslim! THE BLOODLETTING OF INNOCENT IGBO WENT ON FOR WEEKS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, so this couldn't be said to be a isolated, one-off incident!

What Nzeogwu and the others did was reprehensible, and if the response was limited to them i doubt we would be here talking about this today! Heck!.....there wouldn't even have been a war to begin with![/s]
Igbos should stop allowing hypocrites and outsiders voicing in their affairs.

Enough said.

So was there a proclamation by the emir to kill Igbos ? You Igbos argue like lunatics, no one told the coupist to go n kill the Prime Minister, the premier of the northern n western region who are not Igbos but leave Igbo eastern premier n Igbo president, but you expect a spontaneous killing responding to those to be tailored pogrom of the Igbos. If igbos no kill all those you killed would there have been a retaliatory killing of Igbos in the north ?

How do you now argue one was orchestrated while the other was just innocent killing ? E be like say head de pain your papa 4 house.
You lots talk as if this was the first killing of igbos that happened in the north or the last ...so coup was responsible for this what of the others ? 1945 , 1959 and the rest ?

Ain't you plaqued by the same reasoning. So in your deluded igbo mind you believe the death of the Prime Minister n premier of bother north n west should equal the prosecution of just igbo miscreant that killed them ?!

Why were the Igbos on the street rejoicing over their death or were Igbo sitting gently in their homes before they started killing them. You are think every other Nigeria have no sense of history.

Killing the leaders of every tribe in Nigeria by Igbos is not pogrom against those tribe but retaliating the mocking by senseless Igbos after slaughtering leaders of other tribe is pogrom n you think your reasoning isn't flawed.

In your igbo reasoning some hopeless bastard Igbos of no significance whatsoever can be equated to the democratically elected prime Minister n premier of both the north n the west ?! Well I do not agree with that n believe the program is fair n not adequate punishment for the effrontery by the some Igbos to slaughter a whole prime minister, premier of North n west while they refuse to kill the Igbo premier of the east n Igbo ceremonial foolish Azikwe.

My opinion is my right, you are entitled to yours as well. You can not hold others responsible to what you are not willing to hold your tribe to.

You can bring up a beta argument. Isreal is killing Palestine on Palestine land. Read the story of al-Nakba to enlighten yourself. That negate every other point in your comment.

There is no pinpoint killing by Isreal.

PeaceforNigeria:
Listen here little boy. Israel is fighting for her survival; millions of Jews were killed in the Holocaust like the millions of Igbos who were killed in the Biafran war. Israel has fought for her own state for eons now and they will protect it with everything they have. Igbos are still fighting for that state and once we get it, we will do likewise.

Besides, Israel does not carpet bomb civilian populations according to your fallacious primitive backward logic, Israel always goes for pinpointed strikes against terrorists.

You need a better education and enlightenment.

Genocidal Maniac. May your bitterness and frustration destroy you. smiley

Exactly, it is only the killing of the Prime minister n premiers that is justified according to your wack reasoning.

Mpanyi:
My dear you shouldn't support evil. Nothing justifies killings of innocent civilians from any side. No qualms as far as I am concerned if Igbo military officers and politicians only were killed in the counter coup. But massacring a whole ethnic group? No!

Omo, my heart goes to the family who lost their lives.
If this happen to Yoruba's Nigeria would have past tense. But Igbo's still move in flocks to the north .

All the best
Please pull your head from the sand, The Yoruba people were equally killed in northern region during the pogrom. Yoruba turned tail and ran. In fact, Yoruba joined the northern region to prosecute war against eastern region even the son of the soil was murdered in Ibadan.

Ipob propaganda machine is exactly like bokoharam propaganda machine.

Note: no voice in the video, no narrator.

Some took a video and then put a fake title on it.

The igbos has always pretended like a victim in every situation.

What really happened in 1966.

Igbo military men organized a coup and killed all northern leaders, a backlash happened and it resulted in a riot.

This same game is what ipob is playing again

What of the blood of those northerner men that the igbo military plotters killed which resulted in the riot?

How about the bombs that the igbo coup plotters used against the sultan of sokoto that led to his death and that of his family in 1966

The riot was a backlash for the atrocities of the igbo coup plotters.

You lack the capacity to have a well reasoned discussion , because you are blinded with hate , bitterness and fhoolishness. It's all well written in your post. But , firstly, we Igbo are not like northerners that rate human existence based on their status. We respect the life of every living soul in our culture because we actually believe that all human are not only equal but has something special God has blessed them with that could be useful to our society. This is where we differ with most Nigerian groups. We don't do caliphate, emirate and whatever archaic institutions you have...we are Republicans by share nature.

In your northern Nigeria the ruling class are the one who deserve to live and enjoy riches and affluence while your poor can burn to hell that's why your leaders aren't ruffled by the slaughtering of their masses by Boko Haram and bandits. So, unlike you , we value our people regardless their social status.

And , for your own education, while the coup was mostly carried out by the Igbo there are many people from other ethnicities involved. Many Yoruba were very much involved, so , stop being smart by half. Now, you may call it a southern coup dominated by Igbo, western Igbo in particular.

Yes, while you have your opinion however incoherent and unreasonable it may be don't expect people to take you serious when you utter nonsense.

Sarduana was a nepotistic tribal bigot that needed to be dealt with because he was jittery about Igbo success and was fast heating up the polity. He brought this misfortune unto himself with his fhoolish utterances.
