Marijuana sativa, igboh, weed and I mean UNADULTERATED WEED, will give you long life and good health.


But if your actions will put you and those around you at Risk, doing it becomes immoral and a sin before God and man.


I maybe fine smoking weed in my closet ,just before sex with my wife . Weed may even be the reason your sperm is thicker than viju milk.
Weed may even be the reason that erection is 90° strong.


But if smoking weed in public or in private may cause another naiive fellow to err, then stop it.


I've seen clean young guys who watched their elder brother smoke weed , who watched friends smoke weed .. and then they got influenced to try same .

And they turned out worse than the DEVIL himself .
Incases as these , you have sinned because you caused another man To err (satanically) by your actions

This marijuana is overrated, I once took a tea of 50g of it and I felt nothing. I hissed and never went back to it.

I'm finding my paths to spirituality. My goal has always been to establish a relationship, a Communion with God. Knowing that he is with me and hearing my prayers ...

But I've been struggling with Marijuana addiction. And the devil often use this addiction to remind me of how far I am from God's grace. Even in the middle of prayers .

It's unfortunate that I've made the habit a must do in my life and it is difficult to quit. Always thought a job could help me but I find myself using it as an escape to work stress.

I'm at a point where I feel that this habit is the only thing separating me from God's entire will in my life. I have deep convictions that I have a ministry to fulfill. I have faith that it will soon be a thing of the past , as I continually seek God's intervention.

Guys who has been in my shoes before? How did you overcome? How do you deal with the recurrent guilt ?

Firstly, the Bible says without faith, it is impossible to please God. When Christians are sick, they have faith and quote the scripture "by His stripe I am healed". When Christians are in need of financial need, they have faith and quote "my God shall supply all my needs..." or "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want...". But when they sin or are struggling with sin, they don't know how to use faith (not their faith but Christ's faith - believing that God is good and wants you made whole).

So Op, whenever you find yourself struggling with this sin or any other sin, confess out loud "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus". Jesus Christ, who knew no sin became sin for you that you might be righteous in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21)...Even Romans 3:22 says the righteousness of God is by faith in Jesus Christ.

So again, confess that statement out loud every time you find yourself sinning. Right in the midst of your struggles, confess it. The devil doesn't want you to believe Jesus has made you righteous. He may whisper in your ear and say you're a hypocrite...that how can you be sinning and still call yourself righteous. Well how can a sick Christian still believe by faith that he/she is healed? Cos you have to go by the Word of God and not by your circumstance. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you're not under law but under grace (Romans 6:14).

You may not overcome this struggle immediately but gradually, they're falling off you. One day, you'll just realize that urge isn't there anymore. Cos faith is calling those things that are not as though they are. Confess you're righteous in Christ and see miracles happen in your life. And this confession goes for your every inheritance in Christ Jesus! Since you're righteous in Him, every blessings that belong to the righteous are yours!

Smoking "maynot" be a sin but rather a bad habbit. And not all bad habbits are sin like snoring, over laughing. But your action after smoking is what matters.

If otherwise, show a place smoking is labelled sin in the bible.

Snoring, over laughing are examples of bad habits in your book....dude

Mtchew. So why did God create marijuana? Well, some of us are not interested in heaven. It will be boring. I'd rather book a space in hell.

Just think of the days you weren’t smoking and set your mindset to those days.

Going through the same right now but you can't entirely qiut smoking just like that, if you have plenty weed at home you will be addicted, what I do is get one weed a day from my dealer, that one weed is what I smoke for that full day, I can take 4 faps every 4 hours till it finishes for that whole day, sometimes it could just be half in the morning and half in the evening, so later on I noticed that I could smoke one weed in 2 days, that means it was reducing, you go cold turkey on weed. when I go on a 3 days fasting I don't smoke at all. No matter what I control myself because I need something from God so I gats discipline myself.

Truth is that ANYONE WHO CLAIMS NOT BEING able to quit an addiction is actually lying .. ask me why

I don't smoke but I also do not anything smoking has anything to do with religion or your relationship with God. Same way some people see eating snake or pig as seen and others don't.

I drank from 2000 up untill 2009.

All these happened because I was in my development stage.
I was a small boy , easily influenced by my environment and peers .

Yeah peer pressure is real ,especially for late teen and early adult hood.

The moment I left that stage , indulging in those actions looked like folly to me .

Why would I be smelling weed?

Why would I have to look for a secluded hidden luunguu just cuz I wanna smoke weed?

Why would neighbors be reporting me to landlord that weed odor oozes out my apartment ?

Why would I always have to buy Visine eyedroos everytime just to keep my eyes white and not BLOODSHOT RED ?

Why would I always wanna avoid my dad and mom anytime I smoked so they do not get suspicious ?

Why do I have to smell alcohol in the day time ?

Why would I wanna comeback home stone drunk?

All these questions began to pop up. And I saw no reason to carry these extra burdens .

So I quit cleanly. I mean I quit . Not gradual quitting .

Now that does not mean I cannot smoke if I want to , only thing is that I am not emotionally or spiritually attached to it again.
I may wanna take a wrap just to feel some libido boost and take myself to a sexual cloud 9, if my woman is home ..

I may wanna sound inspirational or write a bestseller book or article , so a wrap or 8 puffs of good weed may take me there ...


So as you can see , this weed thing is sense work. It's not a habit or stuffs.


If some pastors minister under the influence of This THING YOU CALL WEEED , I SWEAR it would bring down the whole spirits and rhema you ever experienced in your entire life . The preaching could be as smooth as "pastor Chris sermon".


But my advice to you is , try to quit.. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

Bro, I'm going to level with you. Weed has nothing to do with sin and spirituality. God made it and if you consume it either wet or dry, you'll still get the same feel.

Addiction is a mental illness and so only those whose brains are prone experience it. It is real and not to be compared with what you describe above.

Bross using Marijuana is not a sin.. It a herb...and it has lots of benefits. Its a pity we are lost in this country.. giving people headache with religious thinking. Will people who are epileptic go to hell for using it.. My church will be so different from all this religious dogma.

Its just an innocent plant for Gods sake, same as wheat. Is eating wheat a sin?

You can smoke your weed and still be a born again Christian.

You can't do it alone. Change your circle of friends, don't stay alone.

Also, invest in fasting n prayers. A body subjected under will be re slaved to the things of the spirit

Baba all these no really matter if you have your place, me de always carry my dark shade and I always have my perfume with me when I go to public places, sometimes I have this vaporizer I take along that has its own flavor, even the weed won't smell much, all in all control is the most important thing or else addiction will set in.

Don't be deceived.. we all witnessed the "spirituality" of Majek Fashek, and should have become wiser for it.

A brain that operates on a "high", even if substance induced, is no more spiritual than the brain that is in dream state.

Seek professional help for drug addiction. You cannot do it on your own.
